Everyone knows A&W. Root beer floats my favorite. Price is high for fast food however it is high everywhere it was $34 and some change and that was 2 meals and a Root beer float and one 3 piece chicken nugget. It's always slow however your food is hot and fresh. Not a place to go if you are in a hurry. Drive-thru

This was my first time here. I used to go to the A&W in Reno before it closed. I didn't know until I drove here that it was right next to a high school. We got there at lunch time so I was concerned when I saw students standing outside but when we went in, the students were well behaved and the restaurant was as quiet as any fast food restaurant. The food was good and served at the table. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant was kept very clean. I would definitely eat here again.

Mushroom onion burger and cheese curds with marinara sauce. A&W is a bit pricey, but it's well worth the treat once in a while
No mint flavored ice cream. 😕 Still a good place though so that won't dock any stars. ☺️👍

The food is about as good as fast food can possibly be. If you are on the hunt for some classic American fast food, this is the place to go in the reno sparks metro area. The chicken tenders are excellent and have a slightly different flavor than what you find at traditional chain fast food. The burgers are well made and never overly messy or greasy.

A group of 6 us went to A&W for hamburgers and fellowship. We all placed our orders. When they brought our orders out they did not have a diet soda for my father-in-law, he's diabetic, and they did not have my order at all.
