My experience at Anthony's Chophouse was absolutely spectacular. From the moment you descend down the escalator to the lobby, your eyes are drawn to their wine cellar. Which is displayed to show their large selection of wines. The hostess was immediately prepared with a nice greeting and guided me to my table. Kamel was my waiter and to say he was fantastic would be an understatement. He made me feel welcome like I was in his own home. His knowledge and expertise about the drink selection and the menu really guided me to an amazing dining experience. The house salad with ranch dressing really raised the bar of what a house salad should be. The presentation of the Lamb Lollipops was sophisticated and the taste spectacular. The steak was perfectly prepared to my desired level and paired with the au gratin potatoes made for a heavenly experience. The meal ended with a great table side experience, where Banana Foster prepared for me. The desert is absolutely to die for and something I am going to dream of for months to come. Anthony's Chophouse is a MUST anytime I travel to Reno. The food, the ambiance and the service from Kamel gave me the best dining experience I have ever had. It truly out classes many restaurants of the same class.

We had a great time going out to this restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our meals as we had hoped. My husband had the seafood pasta. It had a red sauce and a taste that neither of us liked. I had the steakhouse burger and fries. The fries were awful. They tasted like the oil they were fried in was old. The service was fantastic. The restaurant is beautiful decorated, with great lighting. We will return.

Group of us came in for dinner and sat at the bar. The bartender, Erica, was attentive and personable with our group. Amazing drinks and that was before the food came! I had the wedge and a New York. Everything was prepared excellent. Erica made sure our experience was perfect to match the price point. Id highly recommend Anthony's Chophouse and we will definitely be back next trip to Reno.

First time eating here and it was a whole experience. The food was incredible, some of the best oysters we have had. My husband got the filet mignon and I got the seafood risotto. Both meals were 10/10. The ambiance of the restaurant was amazing, with dim lighting. Our server Jonathon, was incredible, and attentive. Best service we have ever had. Jonathon made our experience so special and we will definitely be back! This place is a must!!

We are so grateful some friends recommended Anthony's Chophouse to us! Their clam chowder is the best I've had and I've had a lot of clam chowders! Their Alaska King Crab legs were absolutely scrumptious! My husband had the New York steak, which he said was very delicious, too. The highlight of the evening was our waiter, Khan! He was very professional and added just the right amount of humor to make our last night's anniversary dinner with friends extra special!!! Thank you, Khan! We look forward to returning to Anthony's Chophouse soon!

Not one of the better meals. We've been here before but this time...meh. In all fairness, the service was awesome. The staff was very attentive, no problem there, but the food? We both ordered prime filets, that comes with nothing else on the plate except a grilled pepper. Wife's was so far from being medium rare she sent it back. The 2nd one was very very good. The salad that comes with the meal is arugula (I think), very dry, no amount of dressing can help it. Like eating grass. The bread that comes with the meal was a big, white, bun...airy and flavorless. Their steak knives are about as sharp as butter knives, just like last time we had to ask for a sharp knife. C'mon people, you have a nice restaurant, break down and buy new knives! We'll undoubtedly be back, because the people here are so amazing, but I sure hope the food improves and they find better cooks...

Cappuccinos after dinner with tiramisu cookies was the perfect end to the meal. I rated the value at 4, only because the prices were high. The food was worth it. Khan had our table set up with wine decanter and waters waiting for us. Art the manager and Mel the assistant manager came in and said hello and asked how we were doing. Every time we come here we feel like we are at home with friends. If you want an amazing dinner/experience make sure you ask for Khan. He is the best server in the area. Food is always on point.
