My daughter has special needs my daughter asked to have two different scoops on the kids design the person refused I offered to pay the extra she still said no so at the end my daughter wasn't happy and that makes the rest of her day miserable. I feel bad because it was out of my control

You may want to consider going into the store instead of the drive-through. Usually going through the drive-through we get the normal size scoops in our Sundays. Well today they gave us little golf ball size scoops in our Sundays at the drive-through. If you go into the store and watch them make your Sundays. You can see if they give you a little golf ball size scoop or a normal scoop and then you can just leave without paying if they’re trying to rip you off. Or better yet, get a quart of your favorite ice cream. They should not be able to rip you off that way. Never going through this drive-through again!

The workers were very rude and we asked for a double scoop and they gave it to us and the cone couldn't hold it we were still in the drive thru and they said oh yeah that can't hold two scoops and did nothing about

This particular location is going down hill

My boyfriend and I went in to this place to get some ice cream. One of the guys there took my boyfriend's order, and walked off to take care of it and the next guy went and helped everyone AFTER me! By the time the young man had finished the sundae for my boyfriend, I was so frustrated we paid for his stuff and left. The guy after me in line had paid for his and his kid's ice creams and were outside eating it by the time we paid for the less than palatable sundae. I'm extremely disappointed, I will think twice before I consider going to a Baskin Robbins again.

One of the best stores in Reno! They may have teenagers there working but they do a fine job of providing excellent service. People are too harsh and expect so much but regardless the ice cream is delicious!

I ordered 2 banana splits with extra whip cream and nuts on them. Then when got the banana splits, they had no whip cream or nuts on them. I ven took pictures of them for advance. When I called them to tell them about the issue with the order, they said they would reimburse the order. Then an hour later someone called me back to tell me that all they could reimburse was a scoop of ice cream and that they did not write down the order correct. I told the guy who called that I would be charging back, he said they were going to fight the charge back even tho they got the order wrong. Needless to say I've never felt so disrespected or taken advantage of. I've never written a review on any one before, this is my 1st one. It's such a shame that my first review was a bad one. This has been such a waiste of my money and time. Worst ice cream shop ever!

Pretty good ice cream especially in a waffle cone

Ordered 2 scoop hot fudge sundae with whip cream and nuts. Girl asked if we wanted hot fudge? Really Our order was maybe 1 scoop with mostly whipped cream and a little squirt of hot fudge. Waste of $$ not going back

Almost a 40 min wait in drive through, we pulled up just one car behind the menu. Not worth the wait or money:/ service lady almost dropped our ice cream while trying to hand it to us because she was looking.

Good Icecream and their cakes are fun and delicious.
