I ordered the DIY Sundae Kit through UberEATS and I was extremely disappointed. The two included toppings for 2 quarts of ice cream were roughly two spoonfuls each topping and maybe a spoonful of the marshmallow topping. The description also said that there would be cherries and a can of whipped topping....thats a negative. The only reason for me giving them 3 stars instead of 1 is that their prepackaged quart ice cream tastes good.

Really good follow up on my DoorDash order. They were out of a flavor that I had ordered for my daughter. They gave me a call on my cell phone through the DoorDash and asked if I’d like to replace for another flavor . Very good customer service.

Robin saved us for my dad's 80th birthday with a PERFECT cake!! Can't thank Robin enough for EVERYTHING!!! You are lucky to have such an AMAZING EMPLOYEE!!!

We were just at Baskin Robbins at Winfield Springs on Saturday, September 7th around 6:50 pm and were appalled by the behavior of a young lady whom we did not get a name for but her whole staff will know her clearly and understand what incident this involves. She blatantly decided to use some colorful, derogatory, and weight shaming language loud enough for customers to hear about a lady who was with a family that seemed to have upset her. Her chosen words were so uncomfortable that you can tell her own staff was embarrassed about her comments. The funny thing about her complaint was that the issue she felt she was having with this unfortunate family was related to how poorly they were running their system in that store. Everyone one else on that team was great and professional but unfortunately we will not be coming back to this store as well as probably every customer in there at that time.
For a while I've watched and listened to the employees single out one girl, and now shes not working there. She was the ONLY nice worker, as the rest are disinterested or short tempered. I recommend a different BR, like the one in sparks

We ordered this cake for my brother’s birthday and the handwriting was horrible, you can see the person ran out of room and we ended up taking off my brother’s name because it looked so bad. We ended up filling that area with candles. I wouldn’t recommend asking for anything special on the cakes.

I do DoorDash and I came in around 8:30 on a Friday night. The place was packed. It looked like chaos but those 5 young ladies handled it like a well oiled machine. It was beautiful to see. Considering I go to tons of food places all night long I have never seen such great service. Everyone was taking care of including me! I was just there to pick up an order and I barely waited 5 minutes if that. I was blown away. That group of employees should be what all food service workers should be like. All smiles and not a single lazy person in sight. I honestly don’t have the words to say how amazed I was. Kudos to that group. ??
Kid-friendliness: They were amazing with all the families I saw in there. So friendly and welcoming.
