This place is always a good place to go but the past few times we've gone there seems to be a problem with the kitchen. Last night the staff and managers were apologizing for the delay in food delivery which was not a big deal for us but also they didn't have a bowl for the soup we ordered so it came in a small cup with the offer to refill as needed... which was also fine because we were in no rush... but this seems to be the way of the restaurant the past few times we've gone. I can only imagine that they are short staffed in the kitchen. It looked as though there was plenty of wait staff and managers.

We had a great experience here- the wait wasn't too long for a Saturday evening. The brisket burger I had was amazing! The burger was overcooked to what I requested however. The shrimp pasta dish was simple but well cooked. The kids meal options are great for kids, as well as the kids coloring menus.

Went to BJ’s with the family for dinner and I was very disappointed we’ve been there a lot in the past but when you order a prime rib and it’s dry because it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long and then they sear to make it look better I draw the line if that’s the kind of cooks you have I’d rather go to McDonalds. Our waiter was great but it still wasn’t enough to make up for obviously poor knowledge and common sense. Regrettably I will no longer be going to any BJ’s restaurants in the future.

My husband and I had lunch on Tuesday the waitress was very nice and did her job. The food is where I have a big issue! I ordered a house salad and a mini pizza, the pizza was good but the salad was nothing to brag about and I ate about half of it. Around midnight I woke up with a horrible stomach ache and then became violently ill this lasted about three hours. I am sure it was the SALAD my husband was fine because he ate something completely different from me. I tried calling BJs the next morning to give them a heads up on the contaminated salad but they said the manager was too busy to talk! I left my phone number and name and there has been no response. I wanted the restaurant to be aware in case others that are salads also got sick from food poisoning. I will never eat there again!!!

Our server Stephanie D was great!! She was super friendly and helped us with our grandson 💙. Prompt with food and drinks. 10 out of 10 for sure!! Thank you Stephanie and my compliments to the cook's. Our burger was delicious.

Overall, feels like another chain restaurant starting to fall short of customer expectations. Server was a bit awkward and didn't ask to take plates away. At the end of dinner, that was the end of service...didn't matter if we were still there talking - never asked to refill our drinks, put the bill down without asking and two minutes after we had dessert. Once we paid the bill, we never saw her again. Food was fairly gross - Caesar salad was soggy, chicken parm was bland and spaghetti was almost as bad as out of the can stuff! I only go to BJs once a year if that and if I never return, I won't miss it!!

We enjoyed our meal. We did the 3 course deal. Pork chop - hubby Prime rib - me Both very good! Service was a bit spotty, but all-in-all, about average. We enjoyed our meal and felt it was a good value for what we got. Loved the dessert

Was very disappointed with eating there last night. We went for my husbands 40th birthday and our server forgot our drinks, drinks were warm from sitting there. We told him mid dinner it was his birthday and he forgot and gave us the check. Then got the checks wrong. It a good experience

Me and my friends went here after prom and the service was amazing! We had a reservation at 9:30 and didn't have to wait at all! Our waiter was amazing and both her and her manager came over to show off our dresses! The food was perfect too and overall a 10/10 experience!

We took our daughter for her 13th birthday. I asked the hostess to inform our waitress to bring her a surprise dessert with a candle, at the end of our dinner. The hostess confirmed that she did. There were 7 of us. When the food was serve, we noticed that even though 4 of us ordered dinners with fries, she did not bring nor offer ketchup. She did not offer any sauce for the steak. She also brought my son a coke instead of the sprite he ordered. And worst of all, my chicken fettuccine Alfredo was served without the chicken. When I told the waitress, she stated she would take care of it. I though she would bring another plate so that it would all be the same temperature. Instead she brought a piece of chicken on a separate plate. At the end of the dinner she asked if anyone would like dessert. I signaled her to get the dessert with the candle for my daughter but she was not understanding. I finally had to tell her to bring dessert to the birthday girl, ruining the surprise. She seemed to have no knowledge of this as assured by the hostess. Not only was our dining experience unpleasant, but our daughters birthday dinner surprise was ruined. I do not recommend BJs for any family special celebration/occasion!
