Its a hospitality business, hence "SERVICE INDUSTRY". You could put the worst food on a plate, and someone would still eat it if the atmosphere is good. The food was really good, one of amazing American restaurant for dining with decent ambiance. I tried crispy jalapeño sandwich with substitute of veggie patty and first time I have seen any American restaurant serving veggie patty sandwich. Also, I enjoyed my all time favourite chicken dumplings and I would definitely recommend it for trying at-least once. Service was excellent, friendly staff and overall nice experience visiting this place.Vegetarian options: Crispy jalapeño sandwich with substitute of veggie patty

It's been awhile since I've been in and lady night made me feel like I was really missing out. Service was awesome and the food came out absolutely amazing. The avocado eggrolls were on another level.
Always love BJs! Everything on the menu is always excellent. But this visit to BJs Sparks, our server raised the bar. Thank you James P for having an extra dose of "bed-side manner". In the face of chaos (I'm not related to these psychos! ?), you were smooth as molasses. Thank you!
James P. was our waiter, he was awesome! Our party of seven can be a bit much, but he jumped right into the group banter seamlessly! The food was delicious and the service was great!
Arrived here before 6pm on a weekday and there was a long wait - not because there weren’t tables available but because the service was so slow. There was a crowd of employees just standing around chatting instead of waiting tables. Host was very unfriendly. Our waitress tried her best but the wait to order and receive food was rather long. The food was good but the drink I ordered (a sparkling berry lemonade type thing) tasted terrible. Something had definitely gone wrong when it was being prepared. Not at all impressed.

Went to pick up a to go order. Told it might take about 20 minutes due to an extra large order that was placed before mine. 35 minutes later I was told that they didn't have what I ordered so I ordered something else. Sat there 55 minutes for a to go order. Not too happy about this trip.Parking: Got a spot in front of the doors. Plenty of handicapped parking and even a Purple Heart/Veterans parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

Unfortunately, our experience was pretty poor. Mostly, service is causing this review. Picked this location for a birthday dinner. From not having appetizers to certain entrees and the best one too (avocado eggrolls), then the waitress recommended a different appetizer, and it was just alright. But the issue lies with when the food came out. 3/4 Dishes arrived, and we waited almost half an hour before speaking to the mod for the last dish most of ours had been completed. Waitress said it went to the wrong table, Manger said it was dropped in the kitchen and had to be remade. ( Have a feeling the waitress was lying) We had to wait for 1 person to finish their food. Well, that dish was not comped. The manager offered a free dessert for the whole table. We waited almost another half an hour for that, too. I finally went back up to the manager on duty. And just asked if I could pay the tab so we can go, after waiting another 10 or so minutes for the check I went up to the front and asked the hostess to check me out. They said it HAD to be the waitress that cashed me out. They finally brought the dessert out into go boxes along with the tab. I didn't even want to look handed my card off because I wanted to get my repiet and leave. For a 124$ meal for 4 people, I expected more. Not to mention, the waitress didn't keep up with drinks, either water or soft drinks. I believe the waitress should work for the tip. Meanwhile, I still leftone it was heavy by no means total dining experience was about 2 hours and 45 minutes

The food is always great here and the cocktail I had today was delicious ( Grand Patron Margarita )... awesome and speaking of awesome was Taylor, she was fantastic, enthusiastic, bright, and cheerful. Ordered the fish and chips, with chips and house guacamole. Plus I had my birthday pizookie for free. All around a beautiful experience as always. Thank you..Larry
Dakota was our server and he was exceptional. One of the very best servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. We will look for him in the future as would love having him wait on us each visit.
We went to BJs on a Monday afternoon at lunch time. We had Shelby S as a waitress. She is top notch. Friendly, and attentive. Kept our drinks full and table cleared. Food was good as always. Unfortunately we were sat close to a table with young children and got to listen to mom yell at the kids to be quiet and settle down yes she was the loudest at the table and followed her example of being loud and obnoxious.Parking: Lots of parking
