I bought some "stew meat" from these guys a while ago. Six hours in the slow cooker and the meat was practically inedible. Tough as shoe leather. Usually I'm very happy with my purchases from this place.

Brisket was amazing. Poppers were great on smoker. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Get some of their meat rubs. Two favorites are whiskey bourbon bbq rub and the bbq pulledPork Store is well set up, nice freezer section, even a refrigerated section for some fresh stuff to go with ur meat
