Chef was amazing! I wanted to order to go because my kids wanted to try the awful awful burger. They said the kids could go inside since I was ordering to go, however, kept getting harrassed by the security guard. Will NEVER eat there again. I spent 100$ for poor customer service.

Where do I begin? This was the worst lunch I have had in a very long time. The “Awful Awful” burger, is just plain awful. I remember when the original was in the nugget and it was delicious! This tiny pathetic waste of money was burned to a crisp, the bun was crunchy because it was old, the fries were just soggy, raw potatoes slapped in a box with wayyy too much seasoning in them, and the two dope heads they have in the kitchen were running circles around each other trying to figure out how to make a simple burger… Everything from the guy at the register who was “too cool” to listen to anyone’s order the first time, to the greasy cooks tripping over each other while destroying what should be a simple burger, was a disgrace. Again; Not an “awful awful”, just plain awful.

There is a hidden gem is Sparks and it's at Baldini's. The Brickyard Grill has consistantly great food that doesn't break the bank, but it's the people that work there that makes it my favorite place to eat. Alex is the best! Her upbeat fun loving personality is the highlight of the experience. It is rare that someone remembers your name any more, but Alex make it feel like you are home. That is why I am there for dinner several times a week. The prime rib is always perfect. Weekly specials keep the menu fresh so there is always something new to try. Once you meet Alex and everybody there, you will see why the Brickyard Grill is one of my favorite places to eat
