There is a hidden gem is Sparks and it's at Baldini's. The Brickyard Grill has consistantly great food that doesn't break the bank, but it's the people that work there that makes it my favorite place to eat. Alex is the best! Her upbeat fun loving personality is the highlight of the experience. It is rare that someone remembers your name any more, but Alex make it feel like you are home.
