It took 20min for someone to acknowledge at the hostess counter. My meal was sitting there for 20min while they ignored me. And the only reason I got acknowledged and was able to pick up my meal was because someone else came to be seated. Everyone else got immediate service except for me.

They didn't separate the wings that were sauced differently, so the plain ones that were meant for him to dip were already satuated. Waitress said there was nothing she could do about it. For 2 adults and 2 children, it was $115.00!!! That's crazy. We didn't go crazy on food. I had a chicken sandwich.

Order on line and went to pickup nobody there to help and finally I got the attention of someone give my order without saying nothing. And my wings were mix of fresh cook and old. also very dry barely any sauce and small wings. Very disappointed…….

Might have been one of the worst experiences in dining I’ve ever had. One of our group got so frustrated that he got up and left after over an hour without service. Tried to get our own beers from the bar ourselves several times to be told they’re coming and never did…. Then manager apologized said he’d take some of our bill for the confusion. And never did… at this point we just gave up didn’t want to sit there for another 29mins waiting on them to refigure our bill. BJ’s is across the lot, it’s WAY better.

Tonight’s food was a 3. The chicken was cooked nicely, as usual, but the Sous Chef lost his damn mind. BDubbaDubs got some tasty sauce, but it’s only tasty when applied tastefully. This guy decided to drown my chicken like Artex in the Swamp of Sadness. Except the swamp was vinegar and salt. I don’t know if you know, but vinegar and salt are two ingredients where more is absolutely not better. My table looked like it was covered in used tampons after using the whole massive stack of napkins to swab the sauce off the chicken to a reasonable level. The basket they served it in looked more like a jacuzzi filled with magma. I mean, now that we know that chicken descend from dinosaurs, the presentation could have easily been a middle school diorama displaying the carnage of several velociraptors caught in a pyroclastic flow. The only difference is I ordered Medium, so it was not hot enough to fill the shoes of this analogy.
Buffalo Wild Wings is always on point. Home dude probably just got too much vinegar fumes in his brain; and, like the creepy bad guys in Bird Box, thought his patrons might like a little taste of his own personal hell.

This place has gone downhill quickly. Last 5 times we have gone it has been nothing but terrible service. The last few times we went, we kept getting the same waitress who would constantly skip us or not acknowledge us in any way. We would have to ask a different waitress just to get ranch. Tonight, we decided to try one more time. Our waitress was great but our food never came out. We sat at our table for an hour waiting for our food, only to watch the table next to us that came in 30 minutes after we did get all of their food. Never again with this place. Even the last time we ordred to go, the food was dry and bordering inedible.The kitchen needs to figure their ish out. We kept trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt and every single time we were let down.

Walked in and the place was not busy. No one there to greet us or take us to a table, (Four of us) We seated ourselves and at least four employees walked by without even acknowledging we even existed. Waited no less than ten minutes before we walked out. Employees watched us leave without saying a word. Been a customer here for a few years, but will NEVER return.

yesterday I order Togo and waited almost and hour for 15 wings mind you it wasn’t busy at all there was only 5 tables. There was a lot of employees working nun of them bothered to even ask or check. I waited 20 minutes to even get acknowledge by the Togo staff. After she tells me that it’s gonna be few more minutes. I go to my car and wait 15 more minutes and I come back to see if finally my order is done. And again waited 15 more minutes to even get acknowledge again. After that the girl that was at Togo comes out and gives me my order so many red flags happened that I check my order in the car and I was missing my cheesecake and and the fries were old and super hard second of all our flavor were messed up and didn’t even get my carrots. So I went back inside so ask for my cheesecake and again waited 10 minutes for someone to come out after that the manger came out of the kitchen and asked if everything was okay and I told her I was missing my cheesecake and she’s like I will go let someone know and walked away. Mind you I’m a manger at a restaurants the right thing to do is give an apology. She didn’t even bother. the girl came out with my cheesecake with an attitude didn’t bother to apologies or anything. Okay whatever I finally got my food I get home and open my boxes of wing and then I ended up finding a hair on my food totally disgusting. I don’t recommend this place at all.
