This location seriously needs to figure out when its lobby is gonna be open. The posted hours are 6:30a-10p seven days a week. It is 6:47a today Sunday 2/9/25 and the doors are locked. An employee inside looked at me and shrugged her shoulders then ran away to the back to hide out of my view.
I’ve also gone well before 10p to find the doors locked over an hour early.
I don’t have a car. I can’t just use the drive thru. Either stick to your posted hours or change the hours that are posted.

Selling double egg and meat croissants with one egg due the national shortages but did not mentioning it to the paying customer. So my double egg and cheese croissant is literally cheese. Just tell your customers you cannot honor the double rather than charge them for it and have them be upset and hungry..

I got scammed out of over hundred dollars. I placed my order on the app and it said “UH OH” SOMETHING WENT WRONG TRY AGAIN. So I paid again with a different form of payment and I was charged TWICE for over $211. I attempted cooperate office the number is not real. I attempted THE STORE 285 N Mccarren blvd. I was sent to district who won’t help me he said call cooperate. He gave me the same number. I’m a General manager myself, SOMEONE CAN HELP ME but they refuse

I ordered a special promotion burger from a national campaign and they didn't have the ingredients :/ but they subbed it and it was pretty good. Friendly staff

Ordered the whopper at 730pm. By 1030pm I began having stomach cramps followed by diarrhea and vomiting which continued for 2 days and still very sick. Definitely food poisoning. Don't eat here!

I walked into burger king about 40 mins ago and there’s 4 homeless people in there and the worker is just giving them free foo eating out of the bag right In front of everyone and she was tweaking or on drugs or something
