Register attendant was to busy talking to her friend. Was complaining about having to possibly cover to someone else. I ordered 3 meals. Failed to put burger patties on the burgers on all three. I caught the two for my kids missed mine. They Failed to put the fries in the dang bags... For how painfully slow they were one would expect accuracy, nope straight Storm Troopered.... I loathe McDonald's but at least you get the meat patties.

So earlier this week my 13 year old wanted to buy dinner for the whole family (family of 6). We placed a mobile order and spent $72. My husband picked up the order on the way home and to my surprised walked in with only 2 bags. We were missing half of our order and 2 of our drinks. My husband went back and got them to make the rest and when he got home they had completely given me a different sandwich than the one I ordered. Mobile customer service tried to make things right by giving us a $15 coupon. Which brings us to tonight’s experience…
Tonight we had a long day at my daughter’s dance competition rehearsal and decided to just use the coupon they gave to get our kids something to eat. We place a mobile order. Go through the drive through and someone scream “AHHH” into the speaker before they decided to ask us what we would like. When we pulled up to the window there is a kid working the drive through and we are watching him, scream at his other coworkers thinking it is funny, vaping, and mocking, then he said to his coworkers “I think their afraid of me” (even though we did not even say anything or look at him other than watching just not do his job and be super unprofessional) then as we got out food and were about to pull away this kid purposely looked at my husband egging him on as if he was going to try to fight him. To this kid’s surprised my husband stopped. Another worker opened the window as if nothing happened asking what was wrong. My husband explained that he is here trying to get dinner with his family and that kid was being super unprofessional and that he was a kid once but everything he was doing was not cool. The other worked acted clueless even though they had been there watching this all happen the whole time. Definitely need to hire a better night staff.

I order the Chicken Royal crisp sandwich and let me tell you, I've had cold cut sandwiches warmer than this thing. Fries old and soggy, onions rings were just awful, ketchup dispenser was out, powerade was dispensing only syrup and the supervisor was on her fone for most of my time here. Oh, and I only tolerate this kind of food and service for the joy my kids get from the playground, which is closed... awesome.

My family and I normally frequent this location. Today, my other half went in during his lunch break to get a whopper. He was ignored, and the worker that did see him just stared at him instead of asking for his order. He ended up leaving without ordering. We don't want to spend money at a place that treats anyone that way. I don't recommend that you go to this location. At least if you go somewhere else, they will treat you like you exist.

Great Burger King location. Restrooms are clean and available. Fast service, they served two Whopper meals in under three minutes. Comfortable and great seats. Overall, it's a great Burger King location to visit in Spanish Springs.
Asked for cheese on my burger. Didn’t get it. Walked back up there and asked for cheese to be put on there so they took a cold piece of cheese and just slapped it on there and hand it back. I told them I didn’t want cold cheese on my hamburger so they put it in the heater and and now, the lettuce, tomato or all hot and soggy. Never again!
I come in at least twice a week and order mozzarella fries I love them but not so much today not only were they over cooked I was told no sauce comes with them and was charged for a ranch when I asked when they started not coming with either marinara or ranch she walked off totally ignoring my question. Not to mention I ordered two whoppers with cheese and 1 whopper junior. I got home and I got 3 whopper juniors.mind you I live all the way out at the lake so it's not like I can just run back and have my order fixed. But most of all I'm upset at how rude the young lady was at the windows. No wonder your rated at a 2.8 with customer service like that. I won't be returning.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place like it's the plague. We sat for 5 minutes before being acknowledged at the speaker. Then pulled to the window...another 5 minutes and wasn't acknowledged while watching a worker on his phone. Finally just left. Suprised they are still open.

Do they ever clean the kids room? The last two times we’ve come here the room hasn’t been swept or mopped, the seats and tables aren’t wiped down either. You know they closed that way because the stools and chairs are still upside down on the tables at noon. Won’t be coming back!?
