Price is the disaster plaguing Burger King. The Texas Doublle Wopper combo is just short of $20! This now a gourmet burger joint. This is the same Burger King its always been. I hinder at the thought of going there so lose my business to their adversary and frankly worse competitor McDonald's. The only I go there is because my children are brain washed to love their chicken nuggets and McDonald's has an easy to use loyalty program that actually is pretty fair.Burger King's online presence needs acomplete rebuild. You cannot access their general menu without giving up your location. This can be viewed as giving up my privacy to see what's on their menu. Pointless.

Three people only working. Drive-through backed up around the building. They could not move slower if they tried. The guys are talking about where they used to work......my guess they got fired. The dude could only prepare one burger at a time. None of them could multi task. I worked fast food and totally understand that at this level of incompetence, they should close the doors on this place. Save time drive down to McCarian

I came in and normally burger king is just ok. But I was helped by a young lady named Emma and she changed my whole experience! She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and really just seemed to care how my experience went. While there was nothing overly special about my meal just the way she handled herself and put effort to make sure I got my order right and quickly just isn't seen normally in the fast food environment. She truly made my day and as long as she is working there I truly feel it can be considered the best burger king around.

I live close by and sometimes it’s just convenient to stop here but every time I do, I regret it. Service is always terrible here. No matter what time of day, the employees act like they’ve just woken up and claim they are out of everything so they don’t have to lift a finger for you. Once in a while there may be one friendly person working the drive thru window and they seem to be doing all the work by themselves while I can visibly see others just standing around doing nothing and clearly having an attitude. I also ordered through the BK app and it took about 15 min for me to get there-when I arrived they acted confused and then started making my order. It took another 15 minutes for it to be ready (no idea why). So ordering ahead for pick up on the app is pointless. Fries are also usually stale.

So the commercials got me wanting a delicious looking chicken wrap! If you like COLD chicken and a hard tortilla?? This is your place!! Thanks to the 2 h omo's at 10pm that provided me with a hard tortilla and some ice cold chicken. Never again kids. Never again!

we have this dumb bit where we order our friend an impossible burger once a month on a random day, and so far there have been no complaints regarding service or the quality of the foodVegetarian options: the impossible burger is incredible. how did they make an impossible burger possible?
This particular BK on pyramid highway is the pure shits in customer service. First someone comes to my door and asks me to go through drive through as I was parked and just getting ready to go inside. They're supposedly cleaning the lobby yet as I go through the drive through there's people in the lobby. I get to the speaker box by the menu and some kid is on there asking what I want and I ask him to hold on a second. I have my grandkids with me and I'm trying to find out what they want to eat. The voice again comes over the speaker and again asks what can I get for you with just a shitty attitude. Again I said hold on a second this time louder for him to hear and he comes back on the speaker and says WHATEVER with even a shittier attitude so I forget the order and just drive through and when I get to the window a middle aged female asks me can I get you something to eat with a pissed off voice and I replied hell no and who's the punk who says whatever over the speaker. Then this 16 or so year old kids tells me that I had attitude with him as he stands behind this rude female. I told him I asked you twice to hold on and he started raising his voice saying no you didn't at that point I told him he was just a disrespectful little punk and still standing behind the female saying you can leave now and waving. The female not once told him to stop or go do something else or try to repair the damage just started closing the window. I have 100.00 dollars worth of coupons given as gifts that I will never use at any of the BK's period. I'll shred them before going to BK again. This is the only way to say my piece cause they don't answer the phones was trying to talk to district manager but 3 of the local BK's didn't answer the phone. It generally takes a lot to get me pissed off. But this disrespectful kid did it very quickly and hopefully someone in the BK chain sees this review and puts a stop to this nonsense I gave a 1 star cause I had to and from some of the other reviews this place needs to be cleaned out and start over

I always order the same, in my last 3 visits they just couldn't get it right! How to mess up a Whopper w/Cheese Meal w/Med Diet Coke you ask? Like this....Order #1 - Whooper came with no Cheese, Fries were cold, no ketchup and no napkins....Order #2 - Whooper had Cheese, but no Fries, the Med Diet Coke was a Lrg Reg Coke. Why does the Coke matter? I'm diabetic, need I say more....no ketchup and no napkins....Order #3 - Whooper w/no Cheese again the bun was flat not fresh, Fries cold and very salty, 20 pcks of ketchup most stuck together and a few napkins. All this and I got to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes or more. Not sure I'll go back this year, pretty sad when you can't even make your signature burger meal correctly. Food was not fresh, there's absolutely no quality control. It's pathetic and they obviously don't care!

Manager was insensitive, rude and disrespectful to her "only" employee. Yelling and shaming her very young employee in front of customers is unacceptable. I understand that they're extremely short staffed and busy when I got there so I'm ready to wait longer for my mobile order pickup. Happened 08/17/23 2:00PM. Will never support this kind of business.
