This is my favorite Indian restaurant. You get so much yummy food for ~15$. My friends and I always have to take home leftovers! The owner is also one of the nicest people you’ll ever

Friendly staff, solid foodNot much more to add to this reviewThe main server (didn't pick up the name) was friendly from the beginning and recommended a few good itemsPapadum bread came without charge so that was niceCurry and aloo dal were both tastefully simple without trying to do too muchThe masala burrito looking thing was also goodPlenty of parking, usually plenty of seatingIf it looks empty, don't be deterred. I think they make most business on take out orders

Our lunch was very enjoyable, and our food was great. Service was good and our server courteous.Atmosphere is not what we base our selection of eateries. That said, this restaurant is not what you need if you are looking for a romantic dinner location.Vegetarian options: We had a larger list of meatless dishes to choose from than usual.

The best dining experience I have had in a while.. Everything was over the top and authentic. All the naans are amazing, the rice pudding amazing, the chicken masala amazing.

I had the goan green chicken curry and it was fantastic. I've ever had it before and I have never seen it on a menu Previous to today. It was very rich and vibrant. I also had the onion pakora and Chai which were both also fantastic. The service was excellent. The food came out fast and fresh and the waiter was very nice. I wish I wasn't just passing through town!

Cafe Masala is a great Indian restaurant. I recently moved to Sparks from the DFW area and as someone who grew up eating Indian food (still eating), I'd say this place tastes GOOD!!! The head chef is amazing, I had takeout once and I dined once, both were good, definitely recommended!PS: if you don't like spicy food ask for mild spicy, even medium is spicy (coming from a south Indian)

Had a great lunch at cafe masala, very affordable and everything we ordered actually tasted different which has been an ongoing issue with some Indian curries that we’ve tried at other places. Mr. Robert made us feel welcome and was happy to accommodate any requests that we had. Would highly recommend the vindaloo and the green chicken curry, as a Mangalorean/south Indian I’d say they were very authentic and delicious. Mango lassi always awesome . Ten out of ten would recommend. Also try the pork and beef curries, to my knowledge it is the only place that serves authentic Indian style beef and pork.

I had an omlette and Naan and papadams. Papadams are like - we'll they're difficult to describe so just order them and see if you like them. Service was good and food was good and everything was reasonably priced. Honestly this is the best meal I've had in Sparks this week. I highly recommend Cafe Masala if you are hungry for Indian food in Sparks, Nevada.

We had the chicken tandoori, samosa and lamb biryani here. The chicken tandoori was alright. The flavor was on the the outside of the chicken and I would have preferred it to be more flavorful. Luckily the samosas came with a green sauce and sweet and sour sauce so we used those to help the chicken along. The samosas were also alright. It had turmeric and curry powder but was lacking in some of the other spices. I'm used to samosas being a bit spicier and am not sure if these are more suited to more Americanized tastes. The one shining light in the meal was the lamb biryani. It was very flavorful and was not disappointing so I would go back for the biryani for sure.

During an intense craving for butter chicken, we decided to drive an hour here on a whim. Needless to say, it was worth the drive, gas, and patience. The owner greeted us and let us pick our seats. He regularly checked on us to make sure everything was up to quality. I ordered the butter chicken spicy, and my friends got the chicken tiki marsala and lamb curry. The Naan was perfect, and personally, the butter chicken would be worth flying across the country for. I will 100% be back with all my friends ❤️

It is a very unassuming location but after our first interaction with the owner, we knew we were in good hands. He accurately relayed our ordering preferences to the kitchen and engaged in some funny small talk. His service and check-ins were second to none. The food was incredible. Meat was well cooked and so flavorful compared to other Indian establishments I have visited. Each dish had a unique quality, and none of them overlapped in taste or appearance. Complimentary naan and rice were provided with curry dishes and this was incredibly appreciated. I cannot tell you how many times we were required to order them separately, to our dismay, but not here!Atmosphere was okay, but I do not personally get caught up in presentation. I am more than willing to give the benefit of the doubt when the service, care, and food are as good as we encountered.Do not pass this place up if you are craving good Indian food. If you are deciding between lunch/dinner locations at this very moment, I recommend it!Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the store and in the lot.Dietary restrictions: They really knock it out of the park when it comes to adjusting spiciness levels. One of the only places I have ever been to that assured us the food could be prepared mild. We received flavorful dishes without experiencing any pain!
