This is a favorite sandwich shop of my husband and son. At our house Sunday is Sub Sunday and I look forward to them heading out to get their own dinner that night. My husband loves their pastrami and my son likes the tuna. At any rate, they look forward to going to Capriotti’s to get their favorites and it’s no cooking for me!

The hot Bobby was missing the cranberry and extremely dry. The wagu beef Philly was missing peppers. It does get busy but to pour back a soup into the container after pouring for customer just, yeah no, no. I like the one by Costco better where it looks and feels clean. The people their know their basic food sanitation.

I love the fact that they have the impossible meat as an option, I have gout and beef can put me in bed for a week. Plus the sandwich is damn good ;

This is the best sandwich shop that you have to try. No disappointments just happy and stuffed. Thanks for the good food!

I ordered delivery from this location online. Capriotti's offers delivery on their own website. They failed to make sure the delivery driver had everything. The driver didn't care and just shrugged and walked away. I called. They just said "We use a third party so there's nothing we can do. You can come pick it up." Gee, thanks.They offered to refund the missing food, at least, but after three phone calls and two promises of a refund plus one promise of a call back over the course of 12 days, nothing.This location really needs to do better.

Good sandwiches, always busy.Update, do not come on the weekend, especially SundaysStale bread, ham, not prosciutto on the Italian classic. No oil, vinegar, toppings, etc.Was a to go order, fed the birds our stale bread, gave our dogs the 3 pieces of meat from our $18 purchase.May come back, but doubtful.

My favorite Capriotti's restaurant is this one! I walked in at lunchtime and ordered a chicken Chipotle crunch, and my sandwich was brought out to me less than 5 minutes later. Delicious and made perfectly.

Came here once and probably won't be back again. Overpriced for what it is, a basic sandwich with subpar service.

I was really looking forward to having the Bobbie sandwich. when I got home, I found the sandwich had very little turkey on it. it looked nothing like the posted picture. it had a ton of dressing, a small amount of cranberry sauce and hardly any turkey. so sad that they have lost a customer.
