What can I say. When you want char-broiled it's easy to choose Carl's. Wish it was a stand alone restaurant everyone was real nice but atmosphere is a bit dinged. It's okay. Food is awesome.

Came here around 4 and saw the prep lady cutting lettuce, but she had no gloves on and I didn't see her washing her hands so I left, she had a gray t-shirt hope this gets looked at.

Came here around 7, place was packed, only one cashier after about 30 i got my food, I saw the manager or whoever was in a gray shirt stand there watching the lady's cook, she had gloves on and scratched her neck and elbows with the same gloves she touched the food, I feel bad for the cashier so I didn't want to argue as he was super nice even when he was clearly stressed out, but that lady didn't change her gloves it was her hands, do not eat here,

Jesus I’m sorry to tell you but being a lazy worker refusing to cook people food fresh you need to get terminated. That is not acceptable and having an attitude with it. It’s your job to cook food so for u to refuse to do your job you shouldn’t even be working there.

If I hadn’t been interrupted 5 times in the 30 seconds it should have taken me to order, they might have got the order right.
Drink was wrong. Burger was wrong. Literally everything that was possible to mess up, they messed up. 🤣
I get everyone has bad days, but it seems to be chronic at this place.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It was by far the worst sandwich I ever had. The sausage patty looked old and dry. It was extremely dryer on one side than the other. Didn't notice until I got to work. Couldn't take more than a few bites before throwing it out. The server in the drive through was very nice and pleasant.

I ordered online and when I got there they told me they didn’t have part of our order so we asked for the refund on that and they told us no. So the manger lily then forgot to give us part of our order we drive back and the chef is eating the food that was supposed to be ours. I then called and asked for a full refund because my burger was cold and the meat looked very old. I talked to the manger Silvia who then argued with me and told she will not give me a refund for my food. So this places sucks so save your money and don’t go
