The quality of their breakfast food has gone straight down hill. The monster biscuit was always top 3 out of all the fast food breakfast spots, but now they have apparently given up. It’s sad when restaurants drop the quality of their food to save money. Not the way to do it.

I mean it's a carls Jr. If you like then this location will fit your needs. As always if it doesn't get all over the place it doesn't belong in your face. I wish they would make it so they can do an beyond double western bacon cheese burger but I for sure are problem in the minority for wanting it but I will continue to wish for it. Big heart to carls Jr as they have always just been what they are and that is great.

This place used to be a Joke... employees were slow and apathetic... getting your food took forever and often was wrong or sloppily made.I used to work nearby, and we had a saying; if your going on lunch don't go to Carls Jr. because you'd be lucky to get your food before your break was over...However, it looks like they have new leadership, the new guy incharge looked sharp and was very attentive, and had a sense of urgency in his actions. I ordered two meals and got them in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic!

Chocolate shake was lousy, onion rings had potential but were under cooked. Young kids serving that could care less...
basically i'm assuming things were changed immediately in May 2023. I worked here for 3 weeks starting the middle of April, i can say one thing that there was a cook and the guy who gave me the interview; in the back i didn't know what their deal was about but as i would help attend the front customers and drive thru i would look back at them when they would slide the food for us to bag and i would spot the two have NO GLOVES ON while handiling the food and here n there they would wipe their hands on their clothes. honestly i think those guys got removed. I told the girl i worked with as well the two guys working in the front/drive thru about what i saw and they were as shocked as i was. i hope the two guys and girl are doing good in life and i hope justice was served because the cook and hiring guy were very unsanitary, made half the time the food orders wrong.

There are always new employees and not enough experience so that makes the service slower because they don't have an Idea or any organization Sometimes the wait just for order is about 5 -10 min because the cashier is a multitasking person.
