Moderately priced but in my opinion moderately good bbq (based on what Ive tried so far) I ordered the briscuit fries which was $15.50. It comes with frozen fries and 3 pieces of briscuit about 3/4 of an inch thick and shredded cheese. The briscuit was pretty good but i did get a 3/4 of an inch thick slice of fat...I know some people like it but if I wanted fat I guess I could have ordered that....also in our group somebpdy had their chicken which had decent flavor but really dry. I hear their ribs are decent but have not tried them yet. 3/5 is pretty accurate.

Very sad to be writing this review. Have came here years ago and ate their catfish brisket and hot links always with greens. I don’t know what happened but their greens were over cooked soggy the hotline sandwich was very sad for $48 bucks I expected good food for 3. Will not be going back. I’ll stick to M&M southern bbq. We all tried a bite of each and immediately pushed it away.

After taking customers out to lunch at Carolina’s and ordering catering for meetings, I have to say the customer service is great. We had a large group for dining in and all the food was brought out at the same time. The catering was delivered on time and the delivery person helped me set it out and was super friendly.
When we dined it, I ordered the sample platter and it fed me for the next 2 days. I ordered the wings with sauce on the side and honestly, they don’t even need sauce. The ribs were perfect.
I ordered their catering package for 10-12 people and it was all so delicious. The Mac and Cheese is amazing!

We had a chance to try a variety of dishes at Carolina BBQ Kitchen, and everything was really solid. The ribs were tender and flavorful, the wing nachos were a fun twist, and the hush puppies were some of the best we've had. The smokehouse burger and pulled pork were both packed with smoky flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. We didn’t get a chance to try the brisket this time, but we’ll definitely be going back for it.

Recommend the catfish and brisket. Honestly haven't had anything i didn't like to be fair. I appreciate the online ordering. Authentic bbq with great service. Highly recommend. They were on Diners, Drive ins and Dives for a reason.

Fantastic experience. Ladies at the counter are so friendly and helpful. Bbq is out of the world and you get a lot for your money. Husband and I had their shareable family deal with brisket, sausage, ribs, chicken - also comes with 2 sides and a bunch of sauces to try. All of the meat was beyond our expectations. We both said we have never had chicken so good. If I had to come up with one “bad” thing it would have to be the cornbread is more like a biscuit not any corn flavor - but still delicious!

Delicious food as always and their hushpuppies are incredible. Hours are challenging for dinner time so check their website before going, but I think they're open most days at lunch time. I do miss the hires (company went under) or IBC root beer on tap, but the food is delicious so I don't hold it against them for going with Pepsi products. Definitely recommend.

Second time buying lunch for the guys at the Detailing Pros Reno. The staff is nice, quick and they always take great care of us.
We each had fried fish (cod, catfish), slaw, fries. Good food albeit not so healthy. Counter service. Price climbed pretty quickly, after following cashiers upgrade recommendations - Over $50 for 2 people.

Over the weekend, I was part of a celebration of life that was catered by Carolina Kitchen. Hats of to Clay and Shere'e on serving up some VERY tasty food. They had an incredibly delicious smoked chicken that's not listed as a food option on here. I could have had a Costco sized chicken from them smoked the way they served it and I would have been happy. Oooooh ...their habañero BBQ sauce was super delicious. As I leave this review, my mouth is watering just thinking of how great it tastes.
