I’ve always expected cleanliness at Chick-fil-A, but this visit was disappointing. The men’s restroom was in terrible condition—urine all over the seat and floor. I was shocked to see it was left by an employee. That’s completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I hope management takes this seriously. On a better note, the food was excellent.

I’m not going back here anymore. Something is very wrong with the quality of the food. The chicken bites tasted awful like bad meat and the ketchup was rotten. They repeated my order correctly twice and then wanted to give me attitude at the window because the drink was wrong. I suggest removing the window runner position this person is constantly upset and irritable. Very unpleasant experience and I can get the same food better quality at other restaurants. Sad I used to really love this place but tonight was just a total bummer and it’s time to shop elsewhere.

The food is always amazing. But every single time I go here they always have to forget something. This time they forgot my sandwich and my sauces (sauce without the sandwiches aren’t that great) and i live 20 minutes away so i won’t be wasting 40 minutes every time to retrieve what they forgot. Other than that, everyone is always kind and helpful.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Chick-fil-A. Sandwich was wrong. Nuggets over cooked. I don't live in Sparks NV. But I do live close to several Chick-fil-A. Glad I don't have to experience this again.

Standard Chick-fil-A location with good service and good food. I had the nuggets which were awesome as normal. It’s close to Scheels.

The drive through girl wouldn't even speak to us. It was weird. She gave no indication that we had all our food she just handed us a bag and walked off.

My most recent visit was to pick up a mobile order before work. Chick-fil-A is a treat after a long week for Saturday breakfast! Chicken, egg white, cheese on biscuit with potatoes! I love them, but can be substituted for yogurt. Get your Chick-fil-A sauce! See you next week!
