The last 3 times I got food it seems the spice recipe has changed. I will still buy their frozen coffee but probably not the chicken anymore. I love their potatoes!

Received the nastiest attitude from the she/him in the drive-thru just now because I didn’t know I had to talk to certain employee after placing a pick up order for the drive-thru after speaking to another employee that told me to proceed and the app said to pull around to receive my order. I proceeded to cancel my order and requested to speak to the manager the EMPLOYEE decides to continue and harass me by my car and say I had a nasty attitude when I was simply doing what I was told by the first employee that I talked to like I usually do when I go to this facility. Needless to say they need better training and please refund my order.

There was a ton of people and you had to sit quite sometime to get your food. It’s a fast food place so you can’t expect the quality of a sit down find restaurant. However, the last several times we have been there their fries have been undercooked. When I asked one of the staff to cook them longer for us they said they don’t do that. I think the lack of customer service is what they are lacking here they obviously I’m confused. that’s why people keep coming back.

Do not waste your time with this particular franchise restaurant! The spicy chicken sandwich was a sorry tiny flattened chicken breast. The pickles all wilted and the fries had zero seasoning and cold. Awful!
