I arrived at 10:32. One of the doors was locked the other one was open. When I went in I was told that they were still closed. At 10:40, I finally decided to look at the food that was out already, and you can see the guacamole still had nasty brown stuff from where they pulled it out from last night. This is a 10:32 a.m. mind you. When I asked about what's going on I got a very rude response from The same person that unlocked the door. A man. Absolutely no apology for being late absolutely no acknowledgment of my presence this place is truly a joke

TLDR: Absolutely egregious dining experience. 0/10 would NOT recommend and I will NOT be returning.
I went here with my friend, I had a gift card I was excited to use, and the experience was awful. The entire restaurant was absolutely filthy, every single table was dirty and there was pieces of trash all over the floor. The drink and utensil section had spilled sauce all over it. We had to wipe our own table down in order to eat inside, since it was freezing cold outside. The food counter where we order was filthy as well. It looked like the glass had been cleaned with a very old or very used cloth it was all streaky and cloudy. Half of the food containers were almost empty and looked as if they had been there for many hours. The quality of the food was absolutely sub par, but we had to try our best to eat it because that gift card was dinner for the night. The service was extremely slow and we were not greeted when we walked in or when we went up to the counter. There seemed to be 5 or 6 staff members in the kitchen doing who knows what (not cleaning the restaurant or service area obviously). Overall, absolutely egregious dining experience and a complete waste of money. We were living the place thinking "hopefully we don't get food poisoning."

This Chipotle is one of the best I've ever been to. The portions are a lot better here than others. Their ingredients are fresh and then if there's a line you will get your food daily quickly. Great place to stop before, during or after your shopping needs

So I’m not sure where to even begin with this. I got 3 bowls and one burrito for my family. Each bowl had barely any rice and meat. The only thing that we can taste is guacamole and lettuce and I’m not about to pay extra for not even half a portion. Every time I asked for anything the girl gave me a lot of attitude and kept rolling her eyes at me. In the middle of my order she started arguing/being mean to her coworkers over a sharpie, then she realized she missed placed it. Everything about this place was absolutely absurd, workers being extremely rude, extremely dirty establishment, and ridiculous food portions. I will never be coming back here just to pay 60$ for basically guacamole and lettuce.

Service: Well was I greeted at least? Yeah but other than that, it was bad. Rushed, way too rushed speaking and asking stuff. Got some attitude when I asked for more chicken when I barely got any. EVEN BETTER asked the cashier girl if they offer military service discount. immediately told me “no.” Well thanks for helping me… looked it up, yes, yes chipotle does.

I have been to this Chipotle three times and honestly don’t know why I have gone back except for convenience. When you walk in, the glass door are always dirty. The cleanliness of the store is mediocre at best. The staff is not overly friendly and the food at this location just does not seem fresh. The last time I went in I asked for a tablespoon of avocado on my bowl and, when I checked my receipt I had been charged over $2, I believe 2.25 or 2.75, for that. I realize you have to be charged but it would have been nice of the gal to at least tell me that I was going to be charged that much for that small amount. It’s too bad because it is, I believe, the only one in Sparks. I am disappointed to say the least, and will most likely, not return.

But if you don't get what you like it's Chipotle it's because you do not order it the way you like it.
Today we had the chicken bowl and the bowl with steak and also the mesquite meat type bowl.
