I’m new to the area & I’m trying to find a good local coffee spot. I’ve had this spot on my radar for a while now & finally got the chance to try it out. I got just a simple iced vanilla latte & woah, it was so very good! I definitely recommend this spot & the inside is very cool! I’ll be back to try other flavored lattes!

What a great place to bring your whole family! If you love tabletop games and comics this is your jam. I had a London Fog tea and it was delicious. I'd go back to play games, listen to music, and get a yummy beverage. They do serve alcohol after 5pm as well.

The 2 women behind the counter where not super happy or kind per say tho they did help me out with a issue on my behalf with the extra life card they did accommodate and helped me out wich was super nice of them but at the same time I couldn’t help but feel like I was just inconveniencing them and was ignored when trying to talk to them this was my 3rd time coming into that location other then that the atmosphere was nice tho I also couldn’t help but notice that one of the women behind the counter yelled at some kids the second they came in asking for the schedule instead of greeting them with a friendly attitude first and it made the atmosphere a lil thick for a second Mabye they need a bit more training in customer service it cost nothing to be kind

I love the coffee n comics location off of Moana Ln, their matcha latte was delicious, and the service was fantastic. I came to this location in Sparks and the customer service was terrible. The girl behind the counter (black hair, piercings) seemed so annoyed I was there and made my drinks unsweetened when I asked for them to be sweetened with honey. Like another reviewer said, you have such an easy job in a slow location - why are you so mad?

The coffees i had bought today were so yummy. I’ve worked in the coffee industry for 5 years now so i know what i’m looking for when i get a coffee.
However, the customer service here was awful. I’ve never seen worse customer service before. I have never been to this coffee shop before so obviously i was asking some questions and the girl with black hair ringing me out seemed so irritated at my presence. You have one of the easiest jobs in the world and that’s coming from my experience. Your entire role is to have a positive attitude. I can understand you having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customers. other than that, the coffees pretty good!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Coffee and Comics for years. The atmosphere, coffee, and staff have always been consistently great, except for one particular employee, who has repeatedly been rude not only to me but to others as well.
On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed her being short and dismissive with customers. I’ve even had friends mention avoiding her and recommending I order with someone else instead.
The last straw was this week. I walked in on a good day, smiled, and greeted her with a friendly “Hey, how you doing?” Her response? A cold, “What do you want?” When I called out the attitude and reminded her I was just asking how she was, she muttered a half-hearted “Sorry, what can I get you?” clearly just trying to rush me along. I decided I didn’t want to support that kind of energy and said, “Never mind, I guess I’m gonna leave,” to which she cheerfully replied, “Yes!”
That level of disrespect is shocking and unacceptable. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the staff have always made this place feel welcoming. But one bad apple like this can seriously damage a business’s reputation. I hope management addresses this issue, Coffee and Comics deserves better!

Coffee and Comics is absolutely the best, and most welcoming local gaming store and local coffee shop rolled into one. Their themed drinks are delightful, their selection of different events has something for everyone, and they are very involved in the community. It is my favorite place to play Friday Night Magic, as it is very welcoming to new players, whether you are new to the area, or new to magic. Whether you are looking for a friendly local game store, or a place to get your caffeine fix, I cannot recommend C&C enough.
