This is one of my favorite places to go. The staff is always very professional, the food is fresh and hot, and Heather is fantastic. Always on time and very helpful with suggestions, because I like to try different things, so she has a very good handle on what things taste like, and expressing that verbally can be tricky, but she does a great job.

I really like this place but every time I order a blizzard and add brownie to it they never put the brownie. Also the last 3 times I’ve ordered a “meal deal” or a 6 piece chicken strip basket, I always put “large fries” and (they charge you an extra dollar for that) I never get it, I always just get “regular” long story short just make sure your double even triple checking your order or it might be messed up a little!

Dairy Queen is a childhood favorite of mine, and I associate their food with a lot of good memories. I wanted to show my boyfriend DQ since he’s never eaten there before, and unfortunately we both left feeling hungry and dissapointed. Now, I never write reviews, and I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time, I get being tired and just done with the work day (we ordered through the drive thru around 10pm). However, to not only not get what we ordered (no onion rings) or getting charged for something we didn’t get (got a 4 piece chicken basket when we ordered a 6 piece and were CHARGED for a 6), it feels bad and disrespectful of both my time and money going to this place (I spent almost $50 on a lackluster experience). The cashier/order taker seemed like she was high and confused when we were ordering, and didn’t repeat our order back to us (which is a common thing in the fast food/food industry). I hope this doesn’t make anyone upset, but it is greatly disappointing to one, show my boyfriend mediocre food, and two, see such lack of effort and performance in the team. I hope this helps them improve their attitudes and skills.
