Worst experience I’ve ever had. The cashier with the red pinkish hair was very rude to me. She threw my card at me when I gave it to her and she gave me lots of attitude and she didn’t give me my food so I would like to see her fired. Not only that I saw her water down my delicious Dr Pepper.

This location has gone downhill pretty bad recently. Order is either wrong or cold, soda machine is always out of something and it's not calibrated properly, people making the food have no idea how to wrap a burrito. It's just a mess in there. And they are always understaffed. I had to leave because they took forever for someone to acknowledge me when I told the food was wrong and they were taking a long time time get me the right food so I just went somewhere else. One last thing, the tables and booths are always dirty.

I ordered through the ? app‼️ I said in the app wanted my ? well done then once pulled to the ? thru told them again want my ? well done they said okay then pulled to the ? and said please make sure ? are well done‼️ They said okay once again. I drove off because I knew my ? would be well done until I grabbed one and it was soft on outside and hard on inside because they've got crinkle ? they really should cook them longer but other than that food was good‼️

Got the entire order wrong, when I called to complain I was told to come back for a refund or to remake it. When I came back I found out they were out of things we wanted so I asked for a refund to which I was told they couldn’t refund me due to not enough cash in the store? It was $46… and they couldn’t put it back on the card. The entire interaction was so bizarre! If you want to avoid an hours worth of BS stay away from this location! UPDATE: Came back the next day (as told by the manager on duty the evening of 8/15) only to be told that they only have ONE manager that can issue refunds and I would have to make yet ANOTHER trip into this place for my refund on 8/17. This is absolutely insane and ANY manager on duty should be able to issue refunds, as a company they’re setting their customers and employees up for failure with this ridiculous policy. UPDATE #3 Audrey was fantastic! So personable and sweet, took care of the issue without hesitation. Not only a great manager but also just a very cool person, thank you so much for making it right Audrey ?

This location dining room is always dirty . Paid for sour cream on 2 del tacos. Didn't get it. I don't understand why people can not pay attention to what is ordered. It was literally on the receipt, and I paid for it, so I am sure it was on the order for the kitchen, yet the person making it didn't pay attention to the order. Didn't fast food workers just get a huge raise???? To do poor quality work??????

On Sunday, July 28th, approximately 5:00pm, my husband drove thru this Del Taco location and ordered dinner. The girl handed him his order and promptly left the window. My husband quickly checked the order and was missing an order of fries and a large Coke. After waiting a few minutes, the same girl returned to the window and stated “Do you need something else?”. My husband then advised this girl that he was missing a fries and large Coke. She turned around and came back with the rest of the order and never said a word to my husband. My husband then waited until she returned again and he ask her for some hot sauce when she grabbed a handful and tossed it at my husband! She was very rude and never once said ‘Thank you’. When I called to complain of her rudeness, tossing hot sauce and receiving two large Dr. Pepper’s rather than two large cokes, The girl on the phone asked me if this was the order with the man who ordered two large cokes? I said, yes, and she proceeded to tell me my husband was a liar and she would never toss hot sauce at anyone. After requesting her name and to talk to the manager, she refused both, stating that she was the manager and didn’t have to give me her name! She then proceeded to tell me “You and I both know your husband is a liar”. She called my husband a liar three times! She also stated “Giving you two large Dr. Peppers instead of Coke is no big deal. Just come back and get the Cokes”. We live 20 minutes away. After listening to her give me a lecture for over two minutes, I simply stated “I’ll call someone else and hung up. I have never encountered someone so rude and disrespectful! I never leave reviews but this was too awful to ignore!! She should be fired!!! I will never go to this Del Taco again!!!!

Went and bought a breakfast burrito combo and a chicken quesadilla. First off the soda was only just soda water, no syrup. They changed that. The breakfast burrito was truly pitiful, no eggs, hardly any steak and it was cold, and cold cheese. Horrible. The quesadilla had cold chicken. This location is terrible. The staff were welcoming though however food sucks.

The service is amazing. But the pricing for the food changes with out notice. Especially buting fish tacos. Went to sparks location and it was a 5 dollars difference. Advised this location on charges and they changed it back to the original price. I think it was unfair i paid 18 dollars for 4 tacos and a soda for 4 weeks. They could of gave me some money back or a week of free tacos other one.
