Good old del Taco I've been going there for many years. And out of the years of going to fast food restaurants when you usually take in one of their own cups and ask them how much for a refill and the girl tells you different amounts at different times you go in. At one point I went in with a del Taco cup I asked how much for a refill the same girl tells me that she needs to charge me the same price as a new cup even though I'm using my same old cup to try and prevent plastic from being put into landfills. And yet I get no replies from their customer service it's really sad that a company charges you the same price when you use an old cup to save trash from the landfills aren't we trying to do our part to save this planet and companies put profits before that? I went into del Taco february 28th 2024 I order for del tacos a large french fry and a beef and bean burrito it took them 8 minutes to get that food waiting on French fries the tacos were in the bag and no shells get soggy fast I get home the meets falling out of taco shells The beef & Bean burrito has beans only.for the price we're paying for this food is ridiculous to get people that just can't do their jobs right and these companies are putting profits over what people are paying to get. I stopped eating at McDonald's for over 28 years because corporate told me it was impossible to get a bone in their chicken sandwich. Whoever that man was on the phone in corporate told me I was a liar when I know what I bit into so I didn't eat McDonald's for over 28 years not that they care so I can do the same to del Taco if they want to continue with overpricing on cups when you use the same one or you pay for food and you don't get what you order all of us have gone through that. That's just my opinion on del Taco

The drive thru lady was hella sketch. She screwed up my whole order. The inside of the lobby was locked so we had to go all the way back around and sit in a huge line just to get the food that she didn't put inside of the bag. She gave us a drink holder full of drinks that no tabs indicating what they were and then we got some epic burritos which as you know are wrapped inside of foil packaging and none of those where marked to tell us what they were either so we all ended up having to touch each others food and we're totally GERMAPHOBES LIKE OMG so now we are at renouns ER and 2 of us are already suffering from the squirts....

SOOOOO expensive. For a reg size shrimp taco meal, a reg burrito meal, 2 basic tacos and a small cheesecake bite was $34.67!!!!! You can pretty much go to a sit down restaurant and not pay much more. After asking if I wanted sauce she forgot
