Just an old school Denny's. The waitress was a little sassy at first but then relaxed a bit. Took great care of me with water coffee and made me some special cheese fries with ranch. It was nice because Denny's has gone downhill but last night it was great.

Today I had the worst service by wait staff. I was a single person not in my best appearance for sure. Was seated by hostess in a table of 4 after a waitress told her NOT to seat me on her station. Hostess sat me served me a coffee.
Then few moments later waitress came not even said hi JUST what are you having? Understandable she was busy whatever.
Finished my coffee while waitress walking around offering coffee to tables around NOT me though ( MANY TIMES). If busy should be busy for all tables NOT just for some.
Conclusion she prejudged me for been a one person alone and didn’t see the TIP she was expecting based on the appearance of my persona.
Anyway, when I came to pay my bill I let cashier know that I received worse service ever and she says tell him he the person she talking about was walking by and over heard conversation right away asked about issue which I explained my issue.
He looked at the bill and said I’ll take care of it don’t pay it if not happy don’t pay it. I insisted to charge my card and that I wasn’t looking for a free meal no no here’s my AMEX card which they refused to take. My bill wasl only 13 dollars. Fortunately I had a 20 dollar bill on me that I left on the counter to cover my bill and 60% tip included.
My point : Wait staff please don’t prejudge clients as we all come for the same reasons an okay meal and perhaps same service.
I personally felt terrible been there feeling like for some prejudged reasons my presence was not welcomed there.
I’ll beg this waitress to think about it and consciously ask her self WHY ?
Good food made exactly how we ordered it, clean and inviting, super friendly staff that actually cares about your experience, and plenty of parking. I definitely recommend this location.

I ordered chocolate chip pancakes for to go and they forgot to give me syrup. I had to eat the pancakes with glass of water on the side because it was dry.

Me and my son stooped here yesterday and was going to get breakfast. Let me tell you about our experience. The place was very dirty with homeless people lounging inside. Our table was incredibly sticky. We wanted the Super Slam breakfast for $10.00. The waiter informed us that because it was on sale and the price of eggs have went up that he could only get the meal if we agreed to get imitation eggs instead of real eggs. That was absolutely nit part of the special and this was stated nowhere. He wanted to charge us a additional $1.50 per egg if we got real ones. We left and got breakfast somewhere else. Eggs are not that high in the reno area either. We went to Walmart after we ate and priced them. Beware of this place!
