“Usually 5 star service all the time but this time was NOT! The young girl Tristian is not very kind and has poor people skills. Literally just slid me my cookies and walked away. Didn’t open the box to so that I can see if they were correct, didn’t smile or anything. Very rude.“

“I was looking for some healthy options rather than all the fast good things. Loved that they have some options with fruits. Which is great as vegan and vegetarian options. On top of that of course the healthy choices with smoothie and other drinks. I want to give them kudos for letting us have the option. Although, they can work on their customer service, specially the non Hispanic customer who neither speak Spanish nor understand the foods they have. If they can do a better job on that that would be a plus for them.“

“Staff very friendly! Didn't like that part of the floor is under construction and raised about an inch which caused my two year old to fall. Could have hurt herself pretty bad“

“I'm not sure why some of the reviews are so poor here, whether you were raised outside of the country and the sugar doesn't taste the same, the order wasn't made at the time of arrival or the way you were treated wasn't to your taste. During my visit, I was treated very kindly. I walked in close to closing time, I was waiting behind a family and the employee immediately approached me in such a nice manner and after she noticed that this was my first visit she walked me through the entire process of how to order based on my method of payment.

Definitely recommend a visit here at least once it's a little bit pricey, but it's worth the taste. They seem to get busy in waves 😉, so you may get lucky and get there during their downtime.

Parking is available, but it is a shared parking space between the other nearby shops and restaurants so you may get lucky with a 10-min parking 🅿️ spot, or may need to park a little down in the other spots.“

“I've only tried their cookies & based on that fantastical experience I will be going for the ice cream next. They were soft, warm & absolutely delicious. The strawberry shortcake and peanut butter were soooooo good. I can't wait to go back!“
