Order extra extra sauce every time but they dont put any sauce what so ever Iām not sure why. This time there was actually no sauce whatsoever on the pizza just cheese and bread had to double check receipt to make sure I didnāt put no sauce

Ordered a pan pizza, got a regular pizza, no deep crust, no cheese all the way to the edge and then when I said thatās not a pan pizza they got all indignant and said yes it is, it might have been cooked in a pan, but it was a regular pizza style pizza, they said they could remake it but I donāt have things remade, I know what happens to remakes!!! I have been eating pan pizza from Dominos since before this smartassed 18 year old has been alive, that was a regular crust pizza!!! I made them give me my money back, stay away from this place, go to Pizza Hut or Little Cesarās!!!š¤®š¤®š¤®

I just want to start by saying wow. Never in my life have I been anywhere and been treated more poorly; and Iāve done time. They scammed my Godmother out of nearly 90$. We had coupons we had received from our last meal here, donāt get me started on that visit either. They did not honor their own coupons.
The manager is a real special snowflake if I must say anything about him. Rude, and incompetent. Jerad or whatever his parents named him, they must not have loved him enough because he is insanely disrespectful.
I often tip, and am very generous at that, and still the staff never fails to berate our family when we have an inconvenience or something is wrong with our order. The patrons that pay the bills here are grossly mistreated and dominos themselves should look into this.

Manager Jerad is beyond disrespectful. Doesnāt honor coupons unless you specifically ask for them. Spent $86 on 4 medium pizzas and left a $17.31 tip making my total over $100 dollars. When I asked why HE said āI wouldāve honored it all day had you mentioned it.ā And did nothing to resolve my issue. I will never go here again, I canāt believe the lack of respect to your patrons.

If I could, I would give this place a ZERO star, poor customer service, the employee who is closing on this date, is a horrible person, if I were the company or the management team, I would definitely fire this guy, or put him to really restricted coaching and training to understand what customer service means, I get it if he hate his life,but that doesnt give him the right to treat others with disrespect. We are Domino's fans until yesterday. 1st, I went on line to order 2 of your Specials pizzas. Big mistake, we ordered 2 special $6.99 ea. 2 toppings, valid until 6/8/25 Used the coupon on the website and placed my order. The total was $44.70 plus tax. So, I called and got the manager on the line to reverse the cc used. He said I didn't use the coupon that was why the charge was high. So I explained that I did. You could tell he was getting anchess over the phone. He reversed the charge and we paid him. When we picked up the pizzas took them to our friends. We always get a two topping large pizza Pepperoni and Sausage. I asked for extra sauce on both pizzas, 2nd pizza was ham and pineapple, SO when we opened the boxes the sausage had maybe 6 pieces and the 2nd pizza had about the same ham, but the ham was lunch meat ham and they had only 1 slice. I believe the problem is we normally buy our pizzas at the Wingfield location. Great people there!
