Domino's Pizza

I showed up to pick up pizzas, young kid said 5 minutes. Watched him walk by mine ( diud not know till later). After 20 minutes got his attention snd hot my pizza. About an hour from ordering online till getting pizza. I never had a problem but think I'll be going to Pizza Hut. Dominos.lost a customer!!

The people at this location are incompetent and liars. We have placed orders on separate occasions and both times they never delivered. You call the store and they lie and say it's on the way when it's never left the store or they tell you it's going to be 2 hours or more then they still don't deliver. Cera the manager should be fired

Be careful with ordering here because they will either intentionally make your order wrong slightly or even worse give you the wrong order and not answer the phone for a claim.

Went in to pick up the pizza and the guy had an attitude and rushed me out the door. Got home and opened the box to this mess. It’s not even cooked! Raw dough through and through. Really tired of poor service and food from this location. Complete waste of money.

Place is clean and staff are not jerks. Dominos pizza is as expect quality from dominos pizza.

Vegetarian options: Wife does not do meat but enjoys options for topics. It’s a Dominos. What are you expecting.

Tried to make an order online. There seemed to be an error so I called the store. I was asked to hold, so I did, until I got sent to a voicemail box. Called again and the guy picked up and just let the phone hang out like he didnt want to take my order. Not sure whats happening over there.... but it doesn't seem like work...

The Domino's Pizza in Sparks Nevada on wingfield hills road has the most amazing pizza I've ever had!!!

Great place to get great pizza, would love to suggest this place to everyone!

Came in today after placing a large order. Customer service was horrible. Forgot to give me everything I had paid for! When I went back in to let him know , he said not a word.wish I could get a refund !

If I could leave zero I would. This is now 3 times in a row our order is wrong. Also I wanted food left at door and the driver waited and told me I had to leave him a tip. Even though I already did when I placed my order. Very unprofessional, I already left a tip however tips are optional and you shouldn't ask for a tip. It's up to the customer. Three times in a row is to many so we will never be ordering from here again.

I get the most inconsistent cook on my pizza when there busy they rush the pizza on the busy night not getting the same pizza.That I get during the week on mon thurs nights. Super frustrating!!! I have to air fry my pizza. After getting it super fast. Service is amazing. Website is amazing. Inconsistent. Let it cook please. ?. FYI this is my go to. So I will change my review if you just let it cook. Pictures of under cooked not cut well pizza. Then after air fry. Isn't your oven on a conveyor belt? How can you Under

Ordered Two pan pizzas and both were undercooked. One was inedible. Not sure how you can look at a pizza and box it up with the cheese hardly melted.

In a rush most likely and pulled it early to get them pizzas out the door I guess. Basic quality is so hard to find unless you pay premium these days. Left 20% tip also for this 50% meal.

I ordered a extra large pizza and a small gluten free pizza. When I arrived at the store I was informed that the gluten free pizza had fallen off the cooking rack onto the floor and another one was cooking and it would be about seven minutes. No worries, stuff happens. But a few seconds later the young man tells me that, that was " the last one" and was very sorry. He was very polite but seemed worried and offered me anything else on the menu but not a refund. My wife eats gluten free so they didn't really have anything else for her except a chicken salad. So I said sure I would take a salad. The kid seemed sincere to make it right so he said he would get me two. Poor thing comes back and said they only had one left , it seemed he wasn't sure on how to just refund me the money for the one pizza.
If I would order from them again I would not prepay online but at the store. I got a salad sitting in my fridge now.
