Please teach your staff at all the locations that gloves do not equate to touching money, registers, counters then the donuts. The board of health needs to monitor this, not only with doughboys but other similar places.

I placed an order at the northwest Reno location on Friday afternoon. Pick up was to be at 7:30 this morning for five dozen donuts that had already been pre-paid for. I arrived to find the Northwest Reno location locked up with a note saying they were doing floor repairs today and tomorrow. They had my contact information and no one reached out to let me know that there had been an issue so that I could make other plans for my order or get a refund. Instead, I called the Sparks location, David answered and said he would get me taken care of. I made the 20 minute drive to pick up my order. He greeted me promptly with a smile by name, helped me carry the order out to my car and then let me know that during my drive he had also contacted the owner, who happens to own both locations, and that she wanted my number to speak with me regarding the mishap. If I could give David 10 stars for his customer service, I absolutely would! Thanks for saving my morning and making sure my company meeting went off without a hitch!

Website says they do custom orders so I called and asked if they could do a long donut with powdered sugar on top. They guy on the phone sounded like he was in high school and had no idea what was going on. He said he "thinks sometimes they make them round but they can't do a bar shape". So I guess they don't actually do custom orders I think they just meant they do catering.
everyone is so friendly at this cute doughnut shop! they even gave us free water when it was really hot outside. it’s a tradition for us to go to DoughBoys Doughbuts and they never disappoint. my favorite is their maple bars. 😋 ever since i found out about this place i won’t buy my doughnuts from anywhere else but here.

Happy to find a place that offers different fritter flavors including cherry and blueberry. I also enjoyed an almond croissant, and they had various flavors of those too. Their traditional donuts were fresh and interior and service were welcoming. I couldn’t justify buying the “big boy” glazed donut though, didn’t have enough people to share it with 😆 pretty cool to have something like that though. I’m always looking for unique donuts to try
