I work across the street at target I like to stop in and get a coffee and something to eat sometimes before I go to work I won’t come back here. I order my food a half hour to 45 minutes before I get there so I have enough time to grab it and get to work. They won’t even start it until I get there and tell them and then it takes over 15 minutes for them to finish it because they prioritize drive-through I I won’t be coming back even if I wanted to. I can’t afford to be late to work every day.

I’ve recently got on a Dunkin kick & been to this location twice in the last couple days. While I want to enjoy Dunkin, this location is very slow even after breakfast rush. Associates are apologetic, seems like it’s due to lack of employees.

really enjoy getting my morning coffee, and I’ve visited this location several times, but more than half of the times I’ve been in, I’ve witnessed concerning behavior from a manager. The store often appears chaotic and understaffed, with scheduling and workflow seeming poorly handled, and what’s most unsettling is seeing the manager raise her voice at employees in front of customers. It’s uncomfortable to watch, creates a negative environment for guests and staff, and is honestly disturbing. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this behavior needs to be addressed to improve both employee well-being and customer experience.

Employees are so rude, and have the ugliest attitude. The girl Hailey I think was giving her boyfriend free food when he came in. She was disrespectful and so mean when I was trying to order. Literally I am never gonna come back to this location
. Like her attitude changed to be cool infront of bf lol. Fire her

We enjoy Dunkin Donuts. In our travels we stop for the coffee more often than not. This is our second visit to this location. It is still awful! We gave it a second shot and will not return. The service at the drive thru order station - the employee confused the order on the screen - we got that managed. Things happen. We pulled up to the window. Waited … no greeting. No transaction. We watched three employees chatting and messing around. Ten minutes later… she gives us the total. Then our order. We headed out going home. The order was wrong. The donuts were stale/old and not what we ordered. The coffee was terrible. The cream in one was curdled.

Been through the drive thrue a few times and my experience was fine. Line was long today so I went inside. Crew seemed lethargic, coffee didnt get sugar in it like I asked and the smell of the place was absolutely off putting. Smelled like a urinal cake. Couldn’t wait to get my coffee and get out of there.

waited 25 min for 2 drinks at the drive thru window. It wasn’t even busy. We saw about 4 employees working but looked super miserable. It was obvious that they didn’t know how to make the drinks. Whoever owns or runs this establishment needs to do something asap. And this isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience here.
