My sandwich was cold and the coffee had no sugar like I requested. Quite dissapointing
I visited the Dunkin’ shop handful of times and was disappointed to find that they were out of donuts every time.It seems unusual for a donut shop to run out of their main product so frequently.management get it together

Went through the drive thru, no parking available. No cream filled donuts. Won't be returning. Donuts were not fresh.. out of several donuts. I purchased 6 donuts.. ended up throwing away 3 of them.

Ordered a large refresher with no ice. I'm traveling and didn't want it to become watered down before I could drink it. (Ordered coffee for the first leg of the trip). Never has any Dunkin filled the glass just 3/4 of the way. I would rather have paid an upcharge for no ice; even the young lady at the DT window looked at it curiously. The coffee was perfect though.
This was really just ok. Cashier was too busy talking to another employee about personal business to even communicate with me. I tried to ask for mustard and she just handed me my bag without even pausing or looking at me. The food is as good as the stuff from a grocery store freezer aisle and doesn't save me any time.

First question that's asked in drive thru is "How much of a tip do you want to leave" if you put nothing the vibe immediately changes. I feel the tip option should not be asked first. Watermelon donut looks awful

They are located in the Legends Outlets. Free parking onsite with handicap access. Very neat, clean, organized interior. Drive up is available. The server at the counter was great, very nice, friendly, helpful and patient. The donut selections on display all looked fresh and yummy. They sldo have breakfast sandwiches and wraps. Hot and cold drinks ate available. Tables and dining counters are available.
