Been coming here weekly for several years for my lunch but I just have to say that I have noticed recently the portions are much smaller than they used to be! Had tacos al carbon a couple of days ago and the quantity of chicken was much smaller that usual. Today brought home the taco salad and AGAIN the portion is much smaller than usual. I usually get the same items on a regular basis. Tostada salad today asked for no rice and sour cream but extra lettuce as usual. Very sad to get home and see such a reduction in the size. Maybe give it another try but seems like I may have to find another place with better value.

I decided to stop eating here. The service at the drive-thru is awful. The customer service is terrible. I ordered a pollo bowl combo and requested extra salsa, but I didn't receive any extra salsa, and they also forgot to include utensils in the bag. So, I had to return to ask for both utensils and salsa. The person at the drive-thru was not friendly and made it difficult for me when I asked for extra salsa. He handed me utensils and just ONE extra salsa. This place is absurd and stingy with salsa, along with having terrible customer service. I won't be returning.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would have given it five stars if an item had been missing. However, the restaurant contacted me afterwards to offer to give me a double of the missing item at no cost. So far so good!!

Whoever was working drive thru at 1:27 on Monday the 17th is horrible she got nothing in our order right she gave use something completely different I asked for a double chicken bowl she repeated back to me we had 3 times in our order two combs and one quesadilla she charge me for the most expensive for both items that were combos that we could get and then try to throw a soup in there and gave me a side eye when I told her the soup wasn’t a part of my order . Jahzara was not just on the customer or the task and kept walking away from us

This is my go to place. The food is consistently excellent at a reasonable price. The staff is extremely friendly. The place is clean. The guy who cooks the chicken is amazing. I order two chicken breasts and the meat is always juicy and the skin is crispy and flavorful. The queso sauce and salsas are delicious. Most other restaurants in this area are over priced and their food is disappointing, but this El Pollo has consistently been a pleasant experience
