Ordered1/2 dozen pork tamales to go, $21.00. Took home and steamed. These things are giant!
Good flavor, but lots of masa and pork had large chunks.
Nice large dining area and bar.
Today we went here to purchase some masa fina( masa to make tortillas). My husband and I met the owner Stacy. What a wonderful, engaging, friendly, knowledgable and interesting young lady she is. We had such a wonderful visit. She is beyond passionate about her business and products, and we spent almost an hour chatting with her about her business and her passion..I was happily surprised to hear the corn they use is non GMO..which is hard to find and is another layer of quality. Today I purchased the masa, some house made lard, and some of their tortillas that they make out of their specialized drier masa that are made to become chips. The whole space is clean, as in spotless, in front of house and in the back where the masa magic happens. We are going back soon to eat..yes, not only do they make fresh masa/tortillas, they have an extensive authentic menu and we are so excited to be treated to their cuisine. In the mean time..came home and started pressing masa and making tortillas. These were the best tortillas I have had outside of Mexico, and they were in my own kitchen!..If you are a passionate cook, and love real Mexican food..here is your place..
We were so hungry & happen to be in traffic on Sparks Blvd when we noticed the sign that said Tortilla factory. I love tortillas... we looked it up & found it's also a restruant?! so glad we pulled off to try. Venue is very spacious, decent parking lot. They sell fresh tortillas corn/ flour/ chocolate ect. Sell tamales, the masa & husk. They even have a coffee bar. Alot of good menu options. Friendly & very attentive customer service. It's nice when they ask how did you like the food in a way that shows they were glad you came in. Open for breakfast lunch & early Din-din. It was 5pm when we got there they close at 6 but food came out quick & we were out of there 10min to 6 full and satisfied. Great portion plates had enough left over to bring an actual full box home for my grandbrattzzz to try. Food was so good very flavorful. We enjoyed our quick early dinner and can't wait to come back for brunch soon w/ the fam~bam.
If I could give zero stars I would, we bought some nice tamales husks in bulk once and went back & the second time around they were choppy and to the point where you need to use 3-4 husks to make one tamale , now we have no choice but to
Use these shitty ass tamale husks. Save your money, don’t spend $270 on these in bulk, you’re better off paying more somewhere else, I don’t mind paying more somewhere else for better quality. They don’t do refund or exchange. But when you’re about to buy them they swear they’re good quality and that that’s why they charge so much.
I ordered the Rib-Eye Steak Tacos for breakfast, ABSOLUTELY
Phenomenal!!!!!
Delicious.
I feel like my grandma made me a homemade meal! I had fajitas (chicken, steak, nopales), rice, and beans and comes with a few fresh tortillas.
Place has a nice atmosphere, feels perfect for small or large gatherings, or place for a quick bite and a drink.
The lingua taco sauce as the best part of the meal.
The chili relano must have been made with a raw chili, it was stiff and crisp.
The pork in the tamale was tough.
It's not even thanksgiving and the Christmas music was an aggravation.

Sarita always makes us feel at home, she treats us like family. The food is delicious and the tortillas are perfect. Eating lunch is enjoyable since there are plenty of chairs and tables. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy their special pancakes. Thanks, Conrado y

$15 dollars for a steak burrito 🌯, but when you eat the burrito you will notice rite away it's tiny pieces of meat. Maybe cat food style chunks. I hate that kind of burrito. Tiny pieces of meat and not much meat either. It's basically a bean and rice burrito. What a total rip-off. Very tasty though, I would have given 4 stars if they put some steak in the steak burrito!!!

Walking into the building you wouldn't expect it to be as big as it is. All the space is the best part. Definitely ideal for parties.
The customer service was cool. Straight to the point, read our orders back and was super nice.
What yall want to know about is the food. It was very good. I got the breakfast sandwich. It was cooked perfect. The bun was different but was tasty. Only thing for me I didn't like the yoke on the bottom off the bun. Got soggy fast. My lady liked her huevos rancheros, made to the tee. The potatoes were super good, great seasoning. Not trying to do too much.
Overall, try it out. I'll definitely be back to try something else. As far as breakfast, it's a yes for me.
Sincerely.
