The chilaquiles were delicious. The sauce had the right amount of spice and very flavorful. The loaded fries were good. The menudo was good but it has hominy and they were hard. Place is HUGE and clean. Has 2 huge tvs. Prices are affordable.

El Rosal is a hidden gem! The new owners have made amazing improvements to the restaurant resulting in a more open space with super friendly service. The food is the real star though. I can't get enough of the chilaquiles and the mula! You can also take home some incredible coffee, tortillas, chips, or everything you need to make some bomb tamales. Of course, there are plenty of gluten free options and the staff is happy to change their gloves to limit any cross contamination. Just writing this review made me hungry. I'll be sure to update with photos on my next visit.

I've been looking for authentic Mexican meals since moving to Nevada and found the place after four years. I highly recommend. If you're looking for Margarita's or fancy drinks this is not the place; however, if you're looking for homemade authentic food, this is it!!Parking: Nothing to worry about when it comes to parking.
Loved this place. It’s very casual with lots of open seating. The employees were friendly and attentive. The food was great! I had the carnitas plate. The pork itself was delicious and the arroz y frijoles were possibly the best I’ve ever tasted. This is my new go-to for authentic Mexican food.

They don't specify that they sell tortillas for chps or toast and when they are heated they are useless they are not heated and they are there scrambled only that they are yellow I bought 6 packages for 7 dollars and they did not give me a receipt so there were no returns but I left them anyway the product and I lost my money, the point is to put a sign specifying what they are for and please give a receipt. It is not fair to lose money by just throwing it away because you can exchange it at least for dough or another product that could not be recovered for anything.

I ordered masa prepared, flour tortillas and corn husks for the holidays. It was on time and the flour tortillas were really good too. My husband picked it up and he said the staff is always cordial and happy to see customers. This place is amazing as always and will be back again.
It's our first year using their Masa for tamales. Notice was really white and soft with out adding lard. Not sure what they put in it but the tamales came out very porous. Not authentic masa. Will have to make the 4 hour trip next year to get the real thing.

I haven't been here in 10 years and went back today just to grab some breakfast as it was close to an appointment I had. The last time I was here I got some tacos that were cooked in a microwave. Haven't been back since! Anyways, wow! This place did a complete overhaul! Good was amazing and everything inside was updated and they have a whole new menu! I orders the breakfast tacos! Delicious! Service was very friendly and the eating area is so much better than before!

They do not make it easy to order online or by phone. Just needed a large rice party tray. I looked online and it was showing a $0.00 price I tried to call over the phone and all they said was you have to order online. I placed the my order for pick up. when k got there I paid for the rice and they told me that it would be 30 minutes. This system is inconvenient. I decided to place an order to save some time but this in ended up wasting more time. #disappointed #timewaste #inconvenient
