Updated 8/29/24 Great sandwiches but priced high for the size and drive thru is extremely slow . Extremely is being kind . For $17 I'll go to a restaurant and get a bigger sandwich for the same price. The rolls are very narrow thus holding less meat. Again paying more for less value and service

The manager on duty John was rude and unprofessional regarding an issue I had through the drive thru. I asked him for his corporate number he said to look it up on the website that he doesn’t have time to give it to me as he’s too busy running a restaurant

The food was terrific! I actually have a new favorite sandwich! The young man who took our order was very helpful, making suggestions and and asking just the right questions. And he was very polite and friendly, as were all the employees. (See photos) The entire place was clean and smelled GREAT the second you open the doors! Add to all that the fact that a percentage of every order goes to help out our firefighters, and it's a win/win. We both highly recommend Firehouse Subs!
Parking: Plenty of parking all around and handicapped ♿ parking IS available.
Kid-friendliness: This is a family friendly restaurant. No games & such, but what kid doesn't love firemen and their trucks!?
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out, definitely wheelchair ♿ friendly.
The employees are simply rude. I ordered ahead, walked in and asked about my order. I was then scolded for coming in 7 minutes early. I only said I was here to pick up my order. I did not deserve this at all. Not sure why he was so defensive.

Delicious sandwiches, staff that greet you when you walk in, and nice relaxing spot. Whenever I go, it's not super crowded so it's easy to pick any table type and it's not really noisy like some places. It is a bit pricier than other sub places but it also tastes better.
Parking: It's in an outlet area where there are a large number of stores and shops nearby so there's parking everywhere.
Kid-friendliness: There are some firefighter jackets and helmets on the wall and if I'm not mistaken I think they are available to try on for fun if kids want to. I haven't actually asked though.
