A month ago, I ordered a combo meal here through the app. Due to techincal difficulties, my order didn't arrive at the store. I showed the employees my receipt to prove I had ordered it and paid (as well as that I had chosen the correct location). None of the kids working that night seemed to know what to do, but eventually they told me I would need to request a refund through the app and repurchase in store. I didn't want to do this, but I had a hungry kid to feed and I just wanted to get home, so I put in my refund request through the app and bought the meal all over again at the register. App customer service later informed me that they sent my refund request along to the location's management. I still have not heard from them and it's been a month. I essentially paid ~$40 for one combo meal and still have not been reimbursed or even contacted about the issue.

First time I went i recieved a sloppy soggy mess had to eat with a fork. Second time trying it I asked for easy mayo and BBQ sauce on the side. Didn't work still recieved a soggy mayo soaked bread. I dont think I will be going a third time. 25$ for last visit. They got 50$ out of me 👏👏

Completely soggy steak and cheese sandwich. I was only person in line. Bottom piece of bread was mush and soggy like it was in water befor being served. I Parked 50ft from the pickup window to eat. Paid $1 for under half of a small container of au ju that was very watery and weak. Didn't taste at all like befor. The final Price kept going up at pickup window. Ended up costing more than online order would have in the end. Wont be going back. Alot of money for very little and soggy. Picked off the sparse bit of meat they added and tossed the rest. Total Waste of $35!!! I poured clear liquid from sandwich container. it was that wet.

Our office ordered lunch through Uber Eats. Every sub was $15+ 2 of us ordered the New French Dip, which was good but did not come with the AuJus. Very disappointing. Do Better Firehouse!

Service can be slow for lunch in the drive thru. I had the meatball sub and it was fantastic.

Absolutely terrible service. Went through drive through ordered A bowl of soup. Handed it to me in a bag, get home and it's only a 1/2 full bowl. Went back to complain and was given attitude and laughing about it behind counter. They did fill it like it was supposed to be, but why not do it right the first time. No manager on duty to complain to.

I came on a Saturday, they weren’t busy but had plenty of attitude, I got my order and left. My parents ordered a week later, I picked up the order. Again they weren’t happy that a customer came in, seemed bothered to help me. I got my order and went to my car to check and see if everything was in the bag. I was missing the garlic bread so I went right back inside. The girl that helped me when I went in the first time was still at the counter and another lady was behind her cleaning some machines. They both ignored me when I came in, but I know they heard me and knew I was there because I was on the phone talking to my mom when I walked in then quickly hung up. The girl who gave me my order walked to the back of the store, I assume she was cleaning, so I waited for the other girl to turn around but she never did. I finally said excuse me and she turned around and asked how she could help me , but with attitude I said i don’t have the garlic bread we ordered. she told the other girl that originally helped me so she came over and looked at the order on my phone, turned around never changed her gloves mind you, got the bread and put the garlic butter on AND SPREAD THE GARLIC BUTTER INTO THE BREAD WITH THE PALM OF HER HAND WITH HER DIRTY GLOVES! Then put it into the oven to bake and walked away. Never said anything else to me. When it was done a man gave it to me and was nice about it. Both times I been to this location the women seem to have an attitude. It was 6 pm well before closing and no other customers were in there so there was no reason for them to be so upset.
