Delicious, but overpriced for the amount of food you get. 17$ for a full sized hero + 4$ to make it a meal and then get pestered by the machine to leave a tip? Lmao, and the last straw is that they don't have a hot sauce rack anymore. Like how?? I thought that was a feature synonymous with Firehouse, how the hell do they choose to get rid of that? It's a big FU to people who love hot sauce in my opinion and used to be a distinguishing quality for this sandwich chain. 2/5 stars

Definitely one of the best sandwiches in town. We got the turkey bacon ranch and the club both were delicious I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of the Sandwich.
Taste was good but not enough meat on the sandwich. A Philly Cheesesteak should barely be contained by the bun. I've like previous choices though.

OMGTHE WOMAN AT THE REGISTER WAS A TOTAL DRIP AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!Awe full! I was misunderstanding of the bread on a sandwich and instead of explaining it to me she just kept saying the same think over& over ! Finally my wife picked up on what she kept repeating and we eventually figured it out. She didn’t welcome us or say thank you, nothing!Never wrote a bad review before this and almost didn’t tip but I know there are other employees there and the ones I interacted with were all very friendly!
