we just went to the Flowing Tide on Pyramid and we could'nt believe the difference in service. We will not go back to the Pyramid location because the service was so bad.

Seems like miscommunication error when I place an order and what I actually get. The young girls up front at the hostess desk or less than helpful at least more than half of the time. A shame because the food is okay. I usually do takeout

Fun pool hall pub with great Reuben sandwiches and beer battered fries. Generous portions and good selection of beer.

Its right by my work so I frequent this location after long shifts. Its a great place to stop in for a quick bite and a beer. They have some gaming machines but it is very limited and that is the bar seating. Only thing Id say that bugs me is people holding machines for their friends who aren't even there. One time I watched the seat stay empty for 30 minutes before the ladies friend arrived. The second time it was a full bar and the only open seat was being held for someone with no money or players card in it. It wouldn't bug me if they put in some money for their friend or something but it's wild that they allow people to hold seats when they are already limited. But, this is still a great place to go and will definitely be back!

Kali was absolutely amazing!! Great and fast customer service with a wonderful smile. Will definitely be back.
Sat at the bar for 20 minutes while the bartender had a discussion with a group of people at the end of the bar and paid no attention to anybody else. Dropped $20 in the machine no response from anybody an the left. Going to Bully's

Came in for to go order, waitress sat us for a seconds and when we got our food we payed for it with card and left the receipt blank (no tip, no signature)
A day later I check my billing history and they tipped themselves $5 with my card and when we came to see whats up, they forged my signature as well. They did the same to my friend who came with me at the time. They don't have a policy that forces a tip if the space is left blank. This was not an accident. Don't trust them with your money.
