Started off as a really good bread I buy their sourdough rolls regularly. However, for some time they had defective packaging the plates in the corners of the bag weren’t sealed properly when they made They seem to have remedied this however, yesterday I purchased a pack of six sourdough rolls. The package only contain five when I opened it today. It’s only my wife and myself in the household I’m afraid I’m going to have to find a new sourdough roll company. The responsibility of Consistency lies directly on the shoulders of management. You need to review your manager, they seem to be failing you consistently

I called today because my toddler grandson is extremely allergic to nuts, especially peanuts. The person who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. She told me that no nuts are used at the facility. All the other brands on the shelf stated that they were made in facilities that also processed nuts and peanuts. I so appreciate her help And a company that provides bread for a little boy who loves sandwiches

Franco Bread has the most outstanding service and is my choice of bread when shopping at the grocery store. The fresh baked loafs of Fishermans wharf sliced sourdough is my favorite. Bought sweet sandwich rolls at Raleys when Francisco French bread was out of stock. These are of such poor quality, inconsistent sizes and stale, for the first time ever I'm going thru the trouble to return this and complain about it. I saw another review about the delivery driver being reckless on the road and I too have seen them on 28 and 50 in the Tahoe area doing the same thing. Never again. They aren't even rated with the BBB. Don't waste your money!
