Was the only non person of colour here with an American flag on my shirt, paid 35 dollars with a 5 dollar tip and waited an hour for my food while I watched everyone who ordered after me eat their meal and leave. Eventually the man came up to me then told me I had the wrong number which was the number he gave me, when he looked up my order per my receipt it showed he charged me for food I didn't ask for, then she asked how the price would change... He finally comped the meal after I told him that this all didn't feel right, is this what looking politically conservitave gets people here?

So I ordered chilli cheese dog, it was cold, 🤮 also ordered a hamburger combo, hamburger tasted weird very dry, potato wedges were cold 🤮 and lastly got chicken wings which were ok. Paid 45.00 for all this and very disappointed. No baked potato’s here at this location which is a drag. Waste of money, won’t be back. Sep 7 Sun 09:50 when I ordered. 🤮🤮🤮😵💫😵💫😡😡did not eat any of the hot dog or hamburger combo just some of the wings.

Best place in town for a burger and they have different options to pick from and it's great. When I was a young man my dad took me here to this location and I also had the chance to meet and shake hands with the owner of fuddruckers and let me say this that man I awesome and down to earth he took time out of his busy schedule to talk with my father and I and he left a forever good impression that I will never forget! Best intown hands down also love how chill this place is. Employees are also very nice the only thing that's stopping me from coming back is I now live out of state. Bathrooms are also very clean. If you ever have the chance to stop by fuddruckers do so you will not be disappointed and it's also worth the price. Think about it like this you pay for what you get and it's a great value.👌

Understaffed, waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order. Realized after that it's because they had one woman taking orders, running food, and bussing the entire restaurant. Ended up tipping like 25% because the food came pretty quick, was good, and the hustle was amazing. If I owned a restaurant I would have offered her a job on the spot. Had to give 4 stars for suboptimal management decisions though.

I want to give this place less stars because the waitress was also the cashier and table cleaner. Yes one person working the front and one cook. She was literally running from serving food back to the register to take another order, then ask the next customer to wait a second, and run the next plate of food to the table waiting. She was sweating but nailed our order right and the food was delicious. Fuddruckers, hire more people.

I hate the be this guy I can deal with bad service but aggressive attitude is what pisses me off there was no one in the floor which I see the guy working so I’m not mad at him he was nice but I asked the cook for some help and I tried to be polite but he ignored me and then I spoke up and asked for some bbq sauce and he said said it loud and with hate in his eyes then ask your server the hell ima do? And said some things under his breath it was absolutely uncalled for and feel extremely disrespected

The location is great , just off the freeway in Sparks , by T/A truck stop . The burgers are fries are amazing , they have a variety of burgers and fries & the milkshakes are milkshakes , not half ass'ed like other places I've been
Amber was amazing! This was my first time here at fuddruckers and she took her time explaining everything to me. I ended up getting a bison and elk burger. I also really appreciate that Amber had recommended some nearby shopping centers because I happen to mention that I was looking for some specific items.

It was our first time trying Fuddruckers & it was great! Kenny was super nice & was working really hard to take orders, get all orders out, & get all tables busted all by himself! There was a bit of a wait on our food, but everything was fresh & really good! The milkshakes were just the right thickness! The restaurant was clean & cool!

there was only one woman for whole two busy counters and cleaning the tables .... she was doing her best but store manager department should be responsible for this stressed atmosphere for that lady.... i pray they ill further look into it and gave that lady a pay rise

This is always my go to place when I’m up here in the Reno area. They only had 2 people working during the lunch hour rush but Amber up front and the cook in the back were awesome and kept the place moving and clean. I don’t know how they did it but it was impressive.
