Great customer service. 100% sweet is pretty sweet so I recommend 75%.
The girl with half black half blonde hair that looks Hispanic literally never makes drinks right, made my friends slush straight ice that never melted and gave me the complete wrong boba I asked for. As long as she’s working I don’t plan on going in.
I visited the store on July 11th, 2025, around 2 PM. The staff member who took my order—an Asian lady with glasses—provided very poor customer service. I specifically asked for the lowest sugar level available (25%), but the drink I received was extremely sweet—almost undrinkable.
When I politely asked if it was actually made at 25% sweetness, she dismissively replied, “Yeah, it is what it is. Anything with brown sugar is sweeter than regular.” No apology, no offer to remake the drink—just a shrug and zero effort to help.
With that kind of attitude and unwillingness to assist customers, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other shops with better service and more care for their customers.
Last year I came here. The young tall barista was very nice and cooperative. She offered to redo my drink when I told her it was too sweet for me. This time I came back with my friend and we met a different barista (a Asian lady with glasses). My husband ordered 25% sweet for the brown sugar latte, not knowing it was still super sweet. We asked her if it was actually 25% sweet. All she said was yeah. My friend, who is diabetic order a passion milktea, asked for 0% sugar. She said ok. But she did not tell my friend that the passionfruit itself has sugar. My friends drink came out to be very sweet. When he confirmed it with her, all she said was that the syrup was sweet. She doesn't seem like she wants to cooperate, nor did she ask if the drinks were too sweet for us. We ended up 2 out of 4 drinks that weren't drinkable. The problem is not the drinks because it was the customer service that was a disappointment.
Good boba place! I’ve been searching for a good spot for boba for a while and this hits the spot! Only factor to note is if you want boba in the tea, you have to pay extra for it, but it’s still cheaper than other boba places I’ve been to!
I got a strawberry matcha with boba and the drink was mediocre. Nothing super good about it, but wasn't awful. Didn't get any matcha flavor just tasted like thick strawberry milk due the strawberry syrup they use. And for the boba it was ok. Not traditional black Tapioca and more like crystal boba with really no flavor and kind of chewy.(like crystal boba) I did like that they don't add alot of Ice and you can chose your sweetness though.
The drinks are great and I love coming here, but they are constantly changing their hours and days they’re opened, and posted hours are sometimes inaccurate where online says they’re opened on a Tuesday but they ended up being closed that day. Great drinks and quality, but hard to get a consistent schedule and even posted hours they’re closed sometimes.
Love the boba here <3

You've got to check out this fantastic place! It's hands down the best Boba spot in Sparks. They even have Taro soft serve, which my nieces absolutely adore! Huge shoutout to Yale, one of the team members there. He's a gem and really knows his stuff. Super friendly, too! He greeted us with a genuine smile the moment we stepped into the Boba Cafe.

My thai tea was milked down, had no thai tea flavor, tasted like regular black tea. Taro tea was bland. Just a cup full of sugared milk with a splash of tea. Their employees need to pay attention to what they're doing. The girl who handed me my drinks was blabbering and laughing with another employee. As I was leaving, she called me back, saying she gave me the wrong drinks. She had me switch my drinks with two other girls who were flipping my drinks around. Once you hand a customer the wrong food item, it's theirs, and you should remake their order.
