Wonderful! I’ve been to a select few Indian restaurants but not one quite like Haveli. The restaurants decor is very sparkly, colorful and overall very inviting. The food was hot and delicious. The naan had a bit of a flaky crunch but still very soft. I really enjoyed the crunchy parts haha, I truly felt like royalty especially with their service button machine. Such a lovely place for comforting meals!

Slow Service, bad customer service
They asked us to sit on a long table.
It took them almost 30 min to serve, my friend ordered Goat but was surprised by Bones without meat.
When we questionned, guy said that's how they receive it ...
When we wanted to pay the bill, we were surprised with 18% service charge because we sat on the long table !!
Wondering how they got 4 stars ! ...

⭐ 1 out of 5 — Terrible service and disappointing food. Extremely disappointing experience.
Terrible service and lack of transparency.
They added a 10% table charge and an 18% service charge without telling us — we only found out when we saw the bill. That’s unacceptable.
The goat biryani was a huge letdown: only two small pieces of goat, mostly fat and bone. When we pointed it out, the server just said, “That’s what the store delivered to us.” Not exactly what you expect from a restaurant that charges extra “service” fees.
I also ordered a lamb biryani with no onions, and it came full of onions. When I brought it up, the server brushed it off, saying, “Oh, they forgot — we have a lot of orders.” We were the only customers there at the time!
Between the hidden fees, poor food quality, and dismissive service, this place isn’t worth the price. Would definitely not recommend or return.

The food was very disappointing. The biryani tasted more like fried rice with chicken, and the chicken curry had a flavor similar to chole. Additionally, the service was quite slow, and it took a long time for the food to arrive.

I order for pick up or delivery and it is delicious every single time. The food is consistent and the service is great. Love the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. I've never eaten inside, but the decor is beautiful! Definitely recommend!

Our server last night was the best service we have had at this restaurant ever. Very personable, friendly and attentive. Since the one waiter that had been there for a long time left a couple months ago, service has been hit or miss. Biggest issue is they will serve you luke warm sink water with no ice that tastes of chlorine. We started bringing our own water for a while. The guy last night served us filtered water with ice and was very very nice. Food is best Indian in town by far. I really hope they keep this new server as they tend to have new servers all the time lately and this was our most pleasant experience here in years.

The food was really bad. Ordered some Biryani which tasted like old oil. Ordered Mango Lassi which had weird taste too, don’t know if it was stale but as a person who loves Mango Lassi I couldn’t take more than one sip. Just ate some samosa chat and chana, couldn’t eat more than that. I felt like I could have gone to another restaurant and spent my money better.

Restaurantji Recommends
I was in the area and ready for lunch when I stumbled upon this Indian restaurant and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, and Garlic Naan—everything was incredibly flavorful and freshly made. 100/10 experience! I’ll definitely be coming back to Haveli and highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine.

I loved the environment. This restaurant represents the Indian luxury lifestyle. I loved their theme. It’s halal. Food portion is good. I loved their goat korma. But butter chicken was average.
