This is the best one in Reno. I even tried Ono, which won some award, and it was not as good as this place- also Ono was more expensive. I’m never trying another poke place now that I’ve found the good one! And the staff are nice.

Service was great, bowl was ok. Got quite a few toppings and extra sauce, and it was a bit bland and fairly dry. If they were generous with the sauce and had a little better quality proteins, it would make a world of difference. Just my opinion, but we will definitely make a trip back in the future.

First and foremost the service varies depending on the person, the two lady's who helped me tonight were EXTREMELY RUDE and made a very unpleasant customer service atmosphere by slamming the utensils around and giving unnecessary amounts of food items for the bowl sizes ($50 for three small bowls) and with all that still being said I was promoted to leave a tip... I absolutely do not recommend giving this place your buisness.

I have tried alot of poke and this was up in the top 5. And it decent priced for poke, but I was gladly surprised by the size of the bowl it was big enough for me and my sister to share. Sooooo amazing and the workers were very friendly. And I was very happy the were able to put the sauce on the side as my sister has an allergy. Definitely coming back🙌

I have visited a few times now. The poke bowl is always great. The ingredients are so fresh. I love that they marinate the fish in your sauce choices while you pick your toppings. There is a good selection of fish/protein, sauces, and toppings. They also have Asian drinks and treats/snacks with interesting flavors.
Got the teriyaki bowl with the chicken has no flavor what so ever. It didn't even taste like teriyaki chicken. It was my 1st time here so it was very unsatisfying getting a tasteless dish. Not too sure if I'll be back.

Been here twice now. The first time the person behind the counter was very unfriendly and so quiet I could barely hear. The place smelled like cleaning product but the food was good so I went back. Smelled like cleaner again which is going to stop me from ever dining in but the employee I talked to that day was much more friendly and professional. Overall, I like the food I just don't love going inside to get it.
