My husband ordered a combination plate over the phone, but when he arrived at Hong Kong Express, there was a small mix-up and he was given three à la carte items instead, fried rice, vegetable delight, and General’s chicken.
What really stood out was how the staff handled it. They were extremely professional, didn’t get upset or rude at all. Instead, they honored the original combination plate price and told my husband he could keep all the food!
The customer service was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. We’re very happy with our experience and will definitely be recommending Hong Kong Express to family and friends. We’ll be back for sure!
Normally I'll take pictures but I was charging my phone when I ate here. The serving size was very filling, and I eat a lot. Gave me a box of white rice with my order. The guy att the cashier was super friendly! I didn't need to wait long to get my order. Super satisfied with this place.
Been coming here for YEARS. It is the best place in town. Their soup is magical and the only thing that will cure me when I’m sick. Always one of my favorite places and the service is wonderful.
The food was not good. I ordered the beef chow fun with curry sauce and my partner got a combination. The restaurant didn't look clean. I hesitate to say that the staff was nice because nice people wouldn't sell that food for $14; they smiled a lot. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
Juan Alvarez lies, anyone with taste buds loves this joint.

I've been coming here for over 15 years now, it's my go to. Really good and always fresh. The owner is really nice, remembers my order since I was in high school. Highly recommend!

The food is good and it's easy to place a pick up order. I sometimes grab a combination plate after work or during lunch since it's close by.Some employees can be rude over the phone but once inside the establishment they are kind and helpful. The atmosphere inside is nice and modern. The only downside are the portions, other Chinese places serve you allot but this place barely fills the plate.I give this place 4/5 because the food is flavorful but the portions are a let down and customer service over the phone can be spotty.

Small place but a good vibe. He made a table for 5 for us and was very accommodating. The food was quick and delicious. The cashew chicken I had was really tasty. No complaints and is my local go to fast chineese food.

We ordered to go and the Won ton soup was probably the best I have ever eaten. The general chicken was amazing. However the chicken chow fun I probably wouldn’t order again, just didn’t know that it didn’t have any noodles. All in all I would eat there again.
