I tried to give them multiple chances but they just suck!
I work as a dasher. They almost always make us wait a minimum of 5 minutes. I have even been told, if they are busy, they dont make the food til we show up which is crap. We dont get paid by the hour. Every minute we stay waiting is one less we have to get another order. There is rarely any one at the podium. It takes several minutes before someone comes out even if someone in the back sees us.
I dined in once with my son, it was decent. Dined In a 2nd time with my boyfriend. Now it was busy, but we waited an ungodly long time and the server was just plain rude.
Went in, today, by myself. Horrendously slow service. Server was polite and the food was delicious but over 20 minutes for 2 pancakes and 4 sausage links? Thats insane! Especially since there was only 5 other tables with 2 - 4 people sat at each.
Plus, I asked if coco was bottomless, told no. Thats fine. Ordered a splasher because its always been bottomless, got charged for the refill! The server should have told me it wasn't bottomless if I asked about another drink. It was clear I wanted to purchase something bottomless.
Other locations, coco is bottomless but I never remember which, and in all the locations ive been to, ive never been charged refills for the splashers, including this location. I think is franchise type of situation.
Just insanely slow service. Unlikely I'll be back.

Probably one of the best Ihops I've been to in years. Good, fast service. Good food (I got chicken fried steak and eggs, my husband got crepes with bacon and eggs, and my kid got chocolate pancakes) everypart of our food was yummy and cooked correctly. The sour dough toast was even extra tasty. Their coffee is actually REALLY good and I'm pretty picky with coffee since I make espresso myself at home. But it was all around a great breakfast.
Bathroom where filthy one stole had poop in the seat the other one cover in pee. When I asked someone in the bathroom to let them know (she works here) she reapply I will tell them try to tell her what was going on with the situation and she told me I already hear you I will let them know. Rude and no customer service at all anyway clean the facility for your customers

In almost all of our dishes we found hair in it, they cannot function to put on a hairnet while cooking. Food was cold and it took a long time to be served. They way overcooked the meat here and undercooked the eggs.
