Went in when it wasn't busy and got ignored for over 10 mins. Wasn't even served drinks, no one took our order and the server walked past us many times. Don't come here.

Stood there waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The decor was mediocre for being in a upscale area.

Took over an hour to receive our food, and when we did, we didn't receive everyone's food at once it was all brought at different times

Ordered my food at 11:13 am. Stated it would be ready by 11:36 am. Knew it might be a wait so I arrived a bit later than suggested ready time. Got there and waited for over an hour for my order. Get home and noticed multiple items were missing. Tried calling to request a refund or some compromise and no one answered. Never going back and waiting my money and time.

I was told that my to-go order was “almost ready,” for forty five minutes. Every time the host came back around it was the same thing. “Oh, it’ll be ready, it’s almost ready.” What takes forty five minutes to make at an IHop?

Always very loud. Service is minimal. Booths are warn and loose (every time the person on the opposite side would move, our backrest would push us forward and bottom cushion was completely worn with zero support making us sink a good amount making table very high to eat and feeling the springs). Food took a long time to get to table and was room temperature and oily. Staff was overwhelmed and was complaining to us about how they were understaffed and their own frustration with the "kitchen". Don't need to hear complaining from restaurant staff or endless excuses regarding poor service.

Came here to get breakfast with my daughter today and had a bit of a bad experience. Food was great, as usual, and our server was attentive and on top of things. We were sat quickly and the food came out shortly. We were in a bit of a rush so I asked the server to take my card so we could pay and she processed the transaction quickly. Everything was going great! My daughter needed to go to the bathroom and can't go by herself (she's 5, so can go in by herself but gets scared if I don't wait for her) so I got up to take her and waited outside the women's rest room for her.

This is where things went downhill: I was outside the restroom watching our table and saw one of the bussers/hostesses go to clear. I immediately walked over to tell him to stop but he ignored me trying to get his attention and went into the back of the house (literally looked directly at me). I waited for about a minute then noticed my daughter over by the bathroom looking around for me so went to go grab her. I let one of the staff know that we were not finished and to not clear the rest of the food (my daughter's food was still there but mine had been taken).

In the time I walked to the bathroom to get my daughter and turned around, the busser who had cleared my plate was already back at the table and taking the rest of the food away. I saw the staff member I talked to try to tell him to stop but he completely ignored the staff member and kept walking. By the time we got back to the table the staff member I had talked to was apologizing and shrugging at me. At this point, the busser/hostess who cleared my table had gone around the back of the house and toward the hostess stand where the staff member I talked to let him know that he had incorrectly cleared our table. At this point I saw the busser who cleared our table shrug his shoulders and tell the staff member I talked to that it was the manager's job to handle this.

Normally, this would have been a very simple fix. Refund the food or remake the food. However, because I didn't want to punish the server by not leaving a tip, we had already paid, and we were out of time I didn't want to cause a scene. The worker who had cleared our table was a young man who just didn't seem to care about what his coworker had to say to him or whether we had actually finished a meal.

The problem here isn't that I am upset about my food; it was the blatant disregard of not only me trying to be polite and tell the busser not to clear our food, but, also that this individual completely ignored a coworker who was just trying to help and then acted like he could care less. The manager tried to come up and make things right but I had already paid and didn't want to cause a scene. I calmly told her after what I just witnessed I wouldn't be coming back and they had lost my business (I worked in this industry and I know what it feels like to be treated like garbage by coworkers who don't care). I had already paid and didn't want to have the server miss out on tips because of the error of her coworker and we were short on time.

Basically, the food is great, the service is great, but I can't stand it when people treat one another badly just because they messed up. I'm not sure if it was just the individual's demeanor or that's just the way he is, but, when a coworker is trying to help you; you don't brush them off like I saw him do. You also don't shrug off throwing away someone's food (even if it was an accident), you apologize and make it right. Unfortunately, this individual depended on other people to make it right for him and I just don't stand for that.

I had a good experience tonight. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it more than exceeded my expectations. My boyfriend had a mango strawberry drink and that was also pretty good :) for our dinner, I ordered the pancake of the month combo, which was Reese’s pieces with peanut butter and chocolate drizzles. He had the country fried steak. Our waitress was polite and quick. Clean inside and not too busy which was a plus.
