Probably one of the best Ihops I've been to in years. Good, fast service. Good food (I got chicken fried steak and eggs, my husband got crepes with bacon and eggs, and my kid got chocolate pancakes) everypart of our food was yummy and cooked correctly. The sour dough toast was even extra tasty. Their coffee is actually REALLY good and I'm pretty picky with coffee since I make espresso myself at home. But it was all around a great breakfast.

The waitress was patient as we waited for our party to arrive. The spicy poblano Benedict was not spicy at all, and the shredded beef was over the appetizing. The bacon omelette had good flavor and the pancakes were not too sweet however, because it’s graduation weekend, it took us a long time to eat and have our food delivered. We were almost there for two hours.

Always very loud. Service is minimal. Booths are warn and loose (every time the person on the opposite side would move, our backrest would push us forward and bottom cushion was completely worn with zero support making us sink a good amount making table very high to eat and feeling the springs). Food took a long time to get to table and was room temperature and oily. Staff was overwhelmed and was complaining to us about how they were understaffed and their own frustration with...
