I work nights so on my break i try to make a quick run to the nearest jack in the box for their crunchy tacos , and a cheeseburger to curtail my hunger for the last hours of my shift, on this night in particular I went through the drive through and ordered crunchy tacos and a cheeseburger and got food poisoning after eating it . When I was in the drive through I observed the restaurant manager cooking my food without any gloves on but since the lobby was closed as it was after hours I didn’t get the opportunity to address to the manager what I had observed. And being extremely tired and hungry at the time, i didnt feel like getting any more agitated then I already was .. shame on me for not asking for my money back instead

Ordered 4 orders of the tacos, not only did they short me, but also had a half of a taco.

if i had a choice of even putting no stars that is what i would choose they completely got our order wrong and gave us cheap stuff not the right stuff so now we paid for jacks spicy chicken sandwich and got some pathetic tiny chicken sandwich no drinks that we ordered nothing

At 1-22-25 at 8:00am I came to the drive through to get some breakfast for my kids . When I was ordering the lady taking my order sounded mad when she was taking my order . When I got to the window I gave her my debit card to charge me and she yanked the card hard off my hand . She slams the window hard she opens the window again she gives me my card and slams the window hard again . She opens the window again she hands out my food and she throws my food to the ground on purpose I told her why would you do that? Why would you throw my food to the floor? You have no manners and she says well that’s your fault. You deserve your food on the floor and I tell her what did I do to you so you could throw my food on the floor and she said you were being mean to me in the drive-through when I was taking your food and i told her I didn’t do nothing to you and she said yes you did. You were being mean to me and I told the lady I was not being rude to you in anyway and then she said I don’t care. I threw your food on the floor because you deserve that you deserve to eat your food like a dog. I told her to give me a a refund she said no I told her to call her manager she said no so I go park and I go inside the restaurant I tell her can I please have my money back and she said no and I told her to call her manager and she said no I told her again for the second time please call your manager please she called her manager. I told her manager what happened the manager didn’t care. I told the manager everything that happened on the drive through but it looked like the manager didn’t care all they did was replace the food but never apologize to me the lady that took my order was a short lady with blond streaks on her hair, looked Asian or Latina . Never again will I go back to this restaurant people please don’t come here there rude with no good customer service
I love Jack in the Box especially their big juicy greasy hamburgers I just hate that you have to go around the building just to get in, it's blocked by a huge bush, only in a bad way.

I'd give them one star if I could. They are rude, don't know how to take an order correctly and don't open the doors or answer their phones. They've got my order wrong so many times with just simple TACOS. They need to be closed down for how they conduct business and want to laugh when they were the ones in the wrong.
