Normally come to eat and don’t have a problem but i had a incident a young man that was a manger that didn’t want to let a older Hispanic lady use the bathroom & started to yell and threatened the lady to call the cops for trying to use there bathrooms. And the older lady has already spent $25 so she was already a costumer. If I could put a 0 start I would with the way he handle the situation

If you order a medium they'll give you a small and if you order a large they'll give you a medium.
Mareza told me that the medium drink she was handing to me was a large. I've made a complaint and I'll update on the resolution.

I used the drive-through. I have a special order that I've ordered before. I noticed that it wasn't correct, so went back in to fix it. They said they can't do what I asked - yet I order it all of the time and never have a problem. They weren't even nice telling me no. If they weren't so rude, it wouldn't have been a big deal.

Very unfriendly staff with lack of training. Management is slow and not helpful to staff. Very friendly with hispanic customers, not so much with everyone else. Left me at the counter without even an "hello" or "we will be right with you" or "one second please". I will never be back.

This place is a Hispanic place. They don't help people who are not Hispanic and do not speak Spanish. This is a racist fast food place. I stood in line 3 minutes without any acknowledgement and just left. "Recent non citizens work here and in kitchen. No gloves and as expected dirty. Kitchen from what I could see was greasy and slimy saw some.bugs crawling around. Will call health inspector. Will also call jack in the box corporate, hopefully they remove their franchise tag.
