This Jack in the Box is always my favorite in Reno/Sparks. They are always friendly. The food is always fresh and my order is out in a timely matter. Whenever I eat inside the restaurant is always clean. The restrooms are well kept with everything stocked. When I go through the drive thru my order is always correct and they always make sure I have straws and napkins.

The tacos are TOO greasy like they dnt get drained! Its a heart attack waiting to happen! They put too much mayonaise on their chicken sandwich and the lettuce was old and stringy... pretty sad place. Reno doesn't have good quality of food
