I came through the drive-thru I said good morning you can completely tell that the lady has no respect cuz she didn't acknowledge that I said good morning and it shouldn't matter if you say a good morning 100 times if a customer says good morning you say good morning back on top of that you can tell that the person in front of me was having a hard time with the lady inside because the customer gave back the coffee a couple times the lady would close the window the person in front of me would have to wait till she acknowledged him to ask for and ask for sugar and cream and a straw which all should have been at once

Sandra the morning manager needs to re evaluate her customer service. I like to stop by the drive through for breakfast after my night shift. The food is great but Sandra constantly rushes the orders and doesn’t listen and then gets upset because she misses the small details of the order. Her service can be distasteful.

For fast food, this place is always on point. Food is very hot and made within acceptable guidelines. Other competitors need to be trained at this location because most other places like mcdonalds, wendys, etc are a joke compared to this location. Management staff is always extremely friendly and professional. Thank you for creating a nice culture. ?
The double smash bacon ? is ? with curly fries. Honey mustard and buffalo sauce on the side with a vanilla coke, and I'm extremely satisfied. ?
