Best coffee shop in Sparks and Reno! Karla is an amazing server.
This place is awesome!!!! Came here to Reno/Sparks for the National Volleyball Qualifier, and found this gem!!! Food and service is impecable. Great flavor, portions are big and plentiful. To me , it's nostalgic, reminds me of cafes, and service from when I was a kid in the early 80s . It's what a classic American Diner was and should be. The staff is awesome, always walking around making sure your coffee is full and bussing the tables. They give great suggestions if you have questions on the menu. Shawn hooked it up as our server. The chile he suggested was the perfect complement to a delicious ham and egg Omelette. If and when I pass thru Sparks and Reno, I will go out of my way to dine here again!
I just ate at Jack's for the first time after reading the reviews. I had the California Eggs Benedict and their freshly squeezed orange juice. Delicious! The California Eggs Benedict is the best benedict i have ever had, and I am a snob about my Bennies! I've lived here three years and never been to Jack's-I am so glad to have found the restaurant, and look forward to trying other items on the menu. If I can forego the California Benedict to try something else!
Rebecca gave us amazing service with my crazy family. Def made our experience worth the money. Thank you girl keep shinning and keep smiling! She deserves a raise!

Staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking and easy to get to from the airport. Portions are also a great size.
I came here both days during my stay in Reno, and I have to say, this place is really good! I loved the customer service—everyone was so friendly. The first time, I ordered the basic eggs with bacon and pancakes, and everything was delicious. On the second day, I tried “Lo que sea,” which is a chile relleno, and omg, I loved it! So good! They also have organic orange juice that tastes amazing. I would definitely come back if I visit Reno again!
Waiter disappeared. Hispanic hostess took my credit card. Then pretended like s/he was answering somebody else's question - they were mehican - as I signed and left.
The best freshly squeezed orange juice ever and the pancakes were nice and fluffy too! Will definitely visit here again!
Best breakfast house in Washoe County. The service, food, and pricing are exceptional. My family have been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. If you're at all a fan of country fried steak, you'll find no better in northern Nevada.

Great food great service food was served fast (breakfast bright and early not very busy)
Always friendly staff clean restaurant and great food
We accidentally found this wonderful café! We were looking for someplace to sit for a nice lunch that wasn't mass produced.
Jacks was wonderful!
The people here were friendly and the food was great. We had a patty melt with a house salad and a Jacks burger with onion rings.
The onion rings were perfect!! Lightly battered and plenty of them. Great place for lunch.
I can not understand how they were able to expand when their food has no flavor, have to smother in salt, pepper, and tapatio in order to eat the food. Also the bullshit charge of $8 for a fruit bowl that for $8 anyone could have made 8 fruit bowls this place absolutely sucks and I will not recommend or order from again. In fact my warning is to stay away and save your money. If you want some really good food and great prices for portions and great flavor go to Pegs glorified ham and eggs. Consider yourself warned.
a little maintenance and renovation. It is a good place. The waitress who served us was very friendly and was always attentive. And the busser named Juan was also very friendly and had a very good conversation. What I liked most about this place is that they don't play you
