Cold and unprofessional service from the moment we walked in. No warmth, no basic courtesy, just an unfriendly attitude right away. The server came to the table without greeting us, asked for drinks, and when we said water, he said nothing and simply walked away. When he returned, he placed the glasses on the table very roughly. The entire atmosphere felt uncomfortable and disrespectful, unlike any restaurant experience I’ve had.
Choosing to come here was a horrible decision.

It was excellent, the service could be a little slow at times, but the staff treated us excellent and food was great! Definitely a great place to go for breakfast and atmosphere was quiet so we could talk comfortably. The only issue was pulling into the parking lot was confusing, I ended up on the car wash side and then proceeded to go against the arrows to park. If you come off Grove to pull in,go to the second entrance, you'll be right in front of the restaurant. Plus side, there is plenty of parking!!

Visiting from the bay area CA. We wanted to get a town breakfast feeling and saw Jack's had great reviews and great pictures to see their food. We were all happy with our food and definitely will be coming back when in town. The staff was amazing by the way! Quick service, friendly atmosphere.
