Had 10 & 14. Crispy & Birria Tacos both of which were very good. Rice & beans standard-nothing special. Had to ask for chips and salsa, salsa ok chips so so. Lady who took our order was terrible. As we walked up to the counter she coughed in her hand & continued as if nothing happened, almost walked out. Gave her our order and then she started talking in a low voice in Spanish as if she had ear buds in-couldn’t see them with her hair and ?hood. Then she looked at us and asked what we wanted to order!! I think she “forgot” we ordered or what we ordered. She was distracted and seemed annoyed that we were there bothering her, she had a very impolite attitude. Asked if they had green salsa, she said yes and it seems like she was going to get some and maybe bring it out. We sat at the table eating birria and rice and beans while she did other stuff. She finally came out with an order for someone else and had a small plastic bottle of salsa so I thought ok BUT NO, it was for that customer. I went to counter and asked for the salsa and she pulled it out of the cooler on the counter and gave it to me without saying word. I would consider eating there again but if she was at the counter I would leave.

Best Mexican food in Reno. Their fajitas slap so hard. Only issue i have is they dont include enough tortillas, i need like 2 more in there. The price is also really good, its super affordable. And the employees behind the counter are always super friendly, always have a smile on their faces.

New to the area & was in the shopping center by the restaurant. My husband and I decided to stop by because we had a Mexican restaurant with the same name back from where we were back home. Glad we did, the food was very good & fresh! I got the Quesabirria and my husband got the beef fajitas!

I ordered catering from Jalapeños Mexican Restaurant for 14 people, and everything was perfect! The food was ready right on time, the portions were extremely generous, and everything we needed was included. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a big hit with everyone. The price was also exceptionally reasonable for the amount and quality of food we received. Highly recommend Jalapeños for any gathering or meal!
