Had an issue where we ordered a big order for my team. 10 people. We got the order back here and it was all sorts of missed up. Called back and the Manager Nichole took very good care of us by replacing the whole order and she was very apological about the whole thing. Great save there Nichole.

I was legitimately impressed, I picked up a sandwich in a hurry and my sandwich was handed to me at the register before I could put my wallet back in my pocket. The employees obviously care enough to make an effort to be efficient especially when busy.

If you're looking for an average subway shop.... With below average customer service come on by here. Employees arguing about orders and not even worried about service. Then, they have the audacity to ask for a tip.
